3 miles to Infamous Broadway! This is a great space for a couple of families, 3 couples or 8 friends to travel and stay together with fantastic downtown views while you're there. 2 Story Condo -2nd floor spacious Kitchen and living room for gathering have a queen sleeper sofa, 2 futon sleepers and 1/2 bath. 2 private bedrooms on first floor-one king, one w/full bed with twin on top. Large full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. Pet welcome $35 per night.

The main strip (2.5 miles) is a short UBER/LYFT ride away-typically less than 10 minutes.

The guests have access to the entire home.

I am available by text for any questions or assistance you might need.

Fern Ave. is a street with million dollar homes and million dollar views. This new condo development opens up this area for AIRBNB guests.

UBER/LYFT/TAXI or your own car but you will usually have to pay to park downtown so it is cheaper to take a ride there.

Very cute townhouse! I had just had surgery on my ankle so I was worried about the steps but they weren’t too steep and I could get right on up if I sat on my bottom! The view from the balcony was AMAZING! My kids loved this place too &tbey all had their own beds!

Suited our needs

Property was clean and fit our needs for a bachelorette party. Close to downtown. Kitchen sink drain needs cleaned out or the garbage disposal needs to work. Sink fills up when water is running. Also the property could use new pans. They have seen better days. Overall though the property was great!
