Perfect

Beautiful home, beautiful views. Great pool and outdoor play area. We even had an early morning visit from a bear! It was soo cool. But we recommend having bear spray handy just in case!

Ultimate family getaway!

Once again, this fabulous home provided us with the perfect space for our large group! The pools, game rooms (esp the new golf simulator), turfed play area, expansive kitchen/dining areas and super roomy bedrooms with attached bathrooms were all so well planned out! Such a great space for kids as well as adults! Definitely recommending this home to our friends! Can't wait to stay here again!

"Bluff Mountain Splash" at Spring Break

The home was beautiful just as the pictures in the listing depicted. The kids loved the pool, the game rooms, and the theater room. The mountain views were spectacular. We had a great time!

Breathtaking views

We have stayed all over the Smokies and have never had a view like we enjoyed at Bluff Mountain Splash. One of the most beautiful homes we have had the pleasure of renting, such a great layout and spaces for family members of all ages to enjoy. Location can’t be beat, extremely close to downtown Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area compared to other developments. Top of the line experience in every way and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for sharing your dream Mountain home with us!

Fantastic Home

The Fairview Home is a group home for developmentally delayed adults. We had 20 individuals with us. The home was in a beautiful location and was very handicap friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year! Thanks for the memories!

Very nice place for a family vacation

We loved the location of the home at the end of a street in the mountains with no neighbors on either side. The rooms were great in that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. (We didn't utilize the upstairs gameroom as a bedroom despite there being bunk beds in there since we didn't have any children in our group.) My 81-yr-old mom took the comfy bedroom on the entry floor which had nice accommodations in the bathroom for her needs (shower chair, raised seat with handles over the toilet). She appreciated the elevator enabling her to join us in the theater but she was disappointed she couldn't see the upstairs bedrooms & upstairs gameroom. However, I explained to her that the upstairs gameroom really is more for kids anyway & that the main floor gameroom is the one set up for adults which is what we used as a family. The pool house was a real treat but beware of the high step up into the grotto cave...you don't see it due to the waterfall disturbing the water at the entrance - I bumped into it with my shin when I walked in there - ouch! It's best to swim in to the cave & then find a seat on the bench in there. The hot tub was great - so relaxing! The swim spa by the firepit did not seem to be heated & we couldn't figure out how to make the jets work strong enough to swim in place...my husband ended up at the end with very little effort. But it was nice to go in if you wanted to cool off quick after laying out in the sun. The mountain views are beautiful especially during sunrise & sunset. And we saw 2 black bears climb trees behind the backyard fence. They were so cute & didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions were to provide more than 2 kitchen towels & 2 kitchen washcloths as well as provide a kitchen cleaner spray. We were forced to clean up the kitchen with a damp washcloth which was not "cleaning" in my opinion. I did the best I could with it though using hot water to dampen it & putting a few drops of dishwashing liquid on it.

Lots of memories!!

The house exceeded our expectations!! The rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated the kitchen was well stocked. There was spectacular views and that is why go to the mountains and to see that view all day was amazing. We had 8 kids and they were entertained all day long!! Kids and adults had so much fun in the pool. We made so many wonderful memories and hope to return next year. This is our 8th trip to the smoky mountains and by far our favorite house!

Summer Family Vacation

We were all amazed at the incredible views of the mountains. We had lots of fun in the inside pool and the game rooms. The kitchen was very large and well supplied with all cooking and baking utensils. When we had a problem someone was there to help us within half an hour. The house was very clean and beautiful and we made many great family memories there. Definitely will stay on our list of great places for a family vacation!!

AWESOME HOME!

This was the first family trip for my family and I. We had a blast! The view was amazing and the kids couldn’t stay out the pool! We saw a bear up close and it was pretty awesome. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Perfectly designed for a big family gathering. From the great grandparents to the youngest, we could not have been more pleased. The handicap accessibility and the playground/pool area were huge factors in choosing this home. Would definitely stay here again!
