Welcome to Villa Marilou:

This cozy villa features air conditioning, terraced gardens with several terraces, and a pool (secured by an alarm). The fully fenced villa is closed by an automatic gate for your security. Parking is possible for one vehicle inside the villa (watch out for low vehicles) and another outside.

Inside, a living/dining room opens onto a southeast-facing terrace with a large awning and a beautiful view of the hills. A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) provides access to a shaded terrace at the rear of the villa, ideal for summer lunches with family or friends. A pantry is also at your disposal.

In the sleeping area on the same level, an air-conditioned double bedroom with a bed (200200cm) and a wardrobe. A second double bedroom with a bed (140190cm) and a wardrobe. A bedroom with two twin beds (90*200cm) and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet.
