Short stay accomodation with no frills

The estate where the home is situated is quiet and easily reached, parking is available directly in front of the property. Whilst the owners have done their best the property needs attention. Everything is available but minimal, for instance the TV works but the [broken?] remote will ony work the volume and programmes of the TV signal and is adjusted for dynamic colour and blinding brightness/contrast as well as in italian. WIFI is good. The property is in need of renovation.
