The Promenade offers boutique shopping, both 5 star and casual dining, a wine bar, a coffee shop, and close proximity to Calhoun Street and the May River. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the living room boasts sunny views of the area.
A 15 minute drive takes you to Hilton Head Island with its beautiful beaches. Owners and manager are located nearby for any questions or assistance. Easy keypad entrance for no contact check-in.
Guest access - Guests will have villa 301 located on the third floor of our building. There are 2 sets of stairs, sorry, no elevator in the building.
This property has a Town of Bluffton Business License and a Short Term Rental License.
