The Chic Bluffton Cottage is a one bedroom, one bath unique home in the heart of Old Town Bluffton. The handcrafted home features wood pine floors and walls with a solid tin roof. The cottage has an open living space and fully equipped kitchen with all the ameneties and also features a stackable washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. Beautiful front porch to enjoy lowcountry evenings on. Bikes and Golf carts are also available to rent from a local company. You will be in walking distance to Calhoun street and the promenade featuring great restaurants and shopping. Come enjoy Farmers markets every Thursday where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables! This unique location allows you to walk to almost every unique sight that Bluffton has to offer.

This is a cute house in an excellent location. Shops, restaurants, etc. in Old Town Bluffton are all in easy walking distance. Hilton Head Island is an easy drive.

At the Top of Our Vacation Spot Favorites

We love visiting Bluffton, and there has been no better place than this really nice, quaint, perfectly located cottage on old Town Bluffton. Walkable to just about anything you could want. Coffee and quiet mornings on the front porch are unbeatable and memorable. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to experience old Town Bluffton.

Great little house

Lovely little house so convenient for walking in quaint and Southern Bluffton. Neat and clean with great decor and comfortable bed. Fantastic front porch. Recommendations: brighter lights in kitchen, a couple of pods of dishwasher detergent and dish towels, grab bar in shower for old folks like us, and box of tissues. We loved our stay and would recommend this house to others. Good parking spot.

Great Place

My wife and I had a great time at this property over the weekend. The house is completely refurbished, cute as a button and well appointed. We were in town for a wedding at the Montage, went to Hilton Head for lunch and had a great breakfast right around the corner. Terrific/convenient location for walking the town of Bluffton. We are definitely coming back and staying again in the near future ….great property all around.
