The Bluffton Farmhouse

Welcome, this is a farmhouse! Country living nextdoor to downtown Bluffton in this quaint, private, and wonderfully appointed upstairs barn apartment. Meander down the dirt road to this serene 15 acres farm. Sit and relax with coffee or a cocktail on the wide porch overlooking green pastures and enjoy the May river breeze. Bike or walk or golf cart to town for shopping, AllJoy donuts or Squat and Gobble's famous breakfast. Small horse farm with several horses, a miniature donkey, dwarf miniature horse, potbelly pig and chickens and a rooster. Upstairs living space, must be able to climb stairs. We feed our animals (downstairs) daily around 730 am and 5 pm :)
Golf cart - 4 seater - available for rent upon request. Must be 21 to drive. Two day minimum $50.00/day or $300.00/week Free delivery
Bikes available upon request through PEDALS HH 888-699-1039 if you would rather bike to town for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

Wonderful retreat in the heart of town

The Host was wonderful and extremely courteous. The house if beautiful and brings the southern charm for the area right to you. Everything is close and within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Be respectful that it is an active farm, it adds to the charm but be respectful of that amd you'll have zero issues.

Love this property!

This was my second stay at The Farm. The location is great and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The host is fantastic. Check in is very easy and the decor is charming. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My kids loved the animals and the property. It was quiet, well kept, decorated amazingly. The owners were super nice and personable. It was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Farmhouse living!

We really enjoyed our two week visit at the Farmhouse!!the Farmhouse sits over a beautiful barn with horses, an adorable donkey, a miniature horse and a pig named Jenny Craig! There is a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and an open plan living room with French doors opening onto a porch where you can look out over two beautiful pastures. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying on the farm! Our dogs enjoyed the acreage to roam around & wanted to visit the animals as much as we did. We enjoyed lounging on the 2nd floor porch. The farm is walking distance to old bluffton. We were able to enjoy walking to the local parks, tourist attractions & restaurants. Would recommend

Fun on the farm

We enjoyed the spacious apartment above the animal stalls. a long driveway leads you to the barn surrounded by horse pastures where the animals go during the day. The horses are beautiful and friendly as is the donkey and miniature horse. The pig pretty much slept the whole time! Easy walk or drive to shopping and sightseeing. Thank you for having us!

Great location and accommodations

Should have stayed longer at this 2 bedroom loft/apartment(my words) above a horse barn on lovely property. Had our evening cocktails and drank our morning coffee overlooking the horse pasture and watching the wildlife. Met several of the people taking care of the animals and the animals. Jenny Craig the pig, Bob the bull, Christmas the donkey and Vera the Jack Russell terrier. Easy walk to the May River and ride to Old Town and surrounding areas. Loved the decor and layout. Hope to return again.

Country Life

Our style is country; quiet, peaceful. We don’t mind the hustle and bustle of small towns or cities; we lived there. During our stay we wanted quiet, peaceful but close to what’s going on. This property is everything we were looking for. Close to downtown Bluffton, a quick walk to restaurants. But quiet and peaceful with great views of the property and animals. Delicately decorated. We enjoyed the morning coffee on the front deck and wine in the Evening. Fully stocked. Definitely a second trip is forthcoming.

The Bluffton Farmhouse is a special vacation spot - conveniently located in Old Town Bluffton yet situated on wooded acreage with horses, chickens, and other animals, making it feel like you're in the peaceful countryside removed from the everyday world. The lodging is beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences, and our host Anna was very welcoming and helpful when needed. Our only complaint is we were there only six days. But we will definitely return.

Bluffton Farmhouse

Tucked away walking distance to downtown Bluffton is this glorious farm. The apartment over the barn was spotless and the view from the veranda magnificent. My 10 year old ran and played with the animals for hours. Truly a wonderful experience. We will absolutely return

What a wonderful place to experience "Old" Town Bluffton. Spacious, well appointed and cozy, we had all the privacy and comfort we could wish for. The animals are the cherry on the top - very cute! Easy walk to the gorgeous downtown - we even walked all the way to the "burnt church" distillery (worth a visit!). Loved our weekend - thank you so much!
