12 Guerrard is well appointed and well managed. You won’t find a better or more accessible host to work with in Jonathan . Its proximity to town is perfect for walking or getting around on the provided golf cart. The technology is up to date including fast WiFi, Sonos speakers, and smart thermostats. We always love staying in Bluffton and Jonathan and Patricia make you feel like a family or friend is staying in one of their homes. We have been staying in one of their homes for years now and it is always the perfect little get away. Walkable Wedding Weekend

My family of 8 adults stayed VERY comfortably at this charming, clean and conveniently located home. We could walk everywhere! Shops, coffee, restaurants (of every cuisine) and down to the water. Bluffton is charming and the house allowed for the perfect family celebration! Shop for your groceries on the way in and you won’t have to get in your car again!

Perfect Location

We had such a wonderful time! Jonathan and Patricia's place is so conveniently located to town by walking or taking the golf cart.Every morning started with a walk down to the Oyster Park. Then coffee or tea out on the porch. The sunsets are incredible at the park too.We love to cook and the kitchen and charcoal grill provided all that we needed for meals. The beds are so cozy you will wake up well-rested. We would stay here again. Jonathan was a great host and attentive to anything that we needed.

Overall Great Time

We had such a great time staying at this property in Bluffton. Wonderful house - very well appointed and comfortable, huge bedrooms, great bathrooms and convenient fenced yard for our dog. Terrific location - walk or golf cart ride to everything in old town Bluffton, including the May River, parks, some fun shops and delicious restaurants. So much to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, spacious, perfect for our family of 5

We were in town for a wedding at Palmetto Bluff. This house was perfectly centered between the resort and Hilton Head. We wish we would have had more time to explore Old Town bluffton, the town itself is cute as a button and within walking distance from the house. The owners were very friendly and responsed quickly to all of our needs.

Wedding weekend ahead of Hurricane Helene

The house was spacious & clean & well appointed. All 5 adults were very comfortable. Jonathan was prompt & responsive. We enjoyed using the golf cart cart for short jaunts around town. I recommend this property.

Snow in SC

We arrived right after a snow storm for a 3 week stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked. We weren’t able to take advantage of the screen porch, grill or golf cart until it warmed up! Walking distance to Old Town Bluffton’s shops snd restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

This was our first trip to Bluffton. This house is simply perfect. All details have be taken care of. Jonathan and his wife are great hosts and very responsive. The golf cart so nice to have. I hope to be back soon.

This place is a must stay! Great location! Clean, updated and beautiful. Looks just like the pics. The owners were very quick and responsive about any questions we had. Our dogs loved it. Had a fenced in yard for them to go potty. Beds were comfy, tv’s in every room. Golf cart was fun to take for a ride. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Will def be staying here again. Thank you!!

Great stay in Bluffton

Beautiful property close to Old Town Bluffton's restaurants and shops. Easy access to Hilton Head Island (about 30 minutes to the beach we visited) and about 35 minutes to Savannah, GA. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. Newer furnishings, fresh linens...all things you would want in a vacation rental. The kitchen looked to be fully stocked to prepare meals, although we were out exploring local restaurants during our short visit. The real winner was access to the golf cart. Our teenagers loved going out with us to cruise the side streets each evening. Overall, fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Excellent property with many perks.

We found the property very clean, and my wife is a stickler. House was well appointed with higher end construction and appliances, a lot of design detail. Located a short walk from Oyster Factory Park and Church of the Cross. Little farther to the Promenade area. Golf cart was nice so we could get our disabled Vet son out and about in the fresh air. Plenty of quality linens and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee. Back yard fenced which was nice for our large dog. Only suggestion is grab bars in toilet area for those who are challenged. Jonathan was very communicative and responded almost immediately to the few questions we had. We were there for a week and would definitely recommend.

Thank you for viewing our profile! We are both natives to Atlanta, GA. Recently, we explored more south to Bluffton, SC where we fell in love with the town! Having 3 kids we decided to buy a vacation home in Bluffton so we can experience many adventures with our kids. It's perfect from all the activities in Bluffton to being right in the center of Old Town Bluffton where everything is walking distance. It was also exciting for us because we are close to Hilton Head and Savannah! We hope you love our house and Bluffton as much as we do! We would love to hear from you and your personal experiences! We are still learning the area ourselves. :-)
