About this property

Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath 1960 river house set on 2 acres on the beautiful May River. Stones throw from downtown. Gorgeous views, incredible breeze, quiet, private, historical area. Backs up to an adjacent privately owned 15 acre farm. One level ranch style with three bedrooms. Kitchen and bath updates. New furnishings. Two small bathrooms each with a shower yet also a wonderful outside shower. Elliptical machine if you want some indoor exercise. Foosball table, small basketball court with 2 goals, fire pit, grill, and a horseshoe pit for fun entertainment inside or out! Short walk to downtown, NO dock. Bikes available upon request or through PEDALS HH 888-699-1039 if you would rather bike to town for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

Amazing!

This house was a dream! Anna was so helpful in ensuring we could check in & check out seamlessly, and the house is situated perfectly to the marsh and downtown Bluffton. Would recommend!

Always Beautiful Here!

This was our third year staying here for a month…plan to come back next year. All the comforts of home! A gorgeous view and walkable to shops and restaurants in Old Bluffton. Perfect!

Very nice house

Great location! Fabulous house! Great neighborhood. Walking distance of Bluffton little center. The house was very comfortable and nice natural light everywhere! I recommend this house!
