Residence: A holiday in nature awaits you in this charming cottage located in the commune of Champagnac la Noaille. In terms of activities and visits, here are some suggestions: hiking and mountain biking, walks to discover the waterfalls (cascades of Gimel, waterfalls of Doustre...), castle of sedières... A few kilometers from the cottage, enjoy also the pond of the Prévot, small forest, ideal for fishing or swimming, or for lovers of nautical activities, enjoy the leisure base of Marcillac la Croisille (Accrobranche, Canoe-kayak, Pedalo, Fishing, Mountain biking, Hiking, Archery, Paddle, etc...) located about ten kilometers away.



Accommodation: Renovated barn comprising 3 gites on the edge of Lake Valette and 2 kilometers from the village of Champagnac la Noaille. This cottage is located on the first floor of the barn but is entirely level because access from the top. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a seating area, two bedrooms (one with a bed in 140 and the other with two beds in 90), a bathroom and separate toilet. There is a small terrace with parasol and barbecue at the entrance to the cottage. Parking in front of the accommodation.
