This one bedroom condo is located on the second floor and is just a short walk from the community beach access. Once inside you will find a light and bright unit with no carpet! Upon arrival you will notice the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed with an attached half bath. Down the hall you will find twin over twin bunks built into the hall nook and a full bathroom. Continue down the hall to find a fully equipped kitchen, open concept living room, dedicated dining area for 4, and seating for an additional two adults along the counter. The living room showcases a large sliding glass door that looks directly out over the beach and ocean, and features additional windows and natural light because this is an end unit! When you aren't enjoying the view from the sliding glass door you can enjoy the flat screen television and comfortable seating in the living area. The living room sleeper sofa boasts a queen size bed for additional sleeping options. The main feature of this unit is the view from the covered deck... this unit overlooks the beach and sunrise each morning.
