Surf Condos 123 - Swim & Soak in Ocean Views!

This oceanfront unit offers laminate flooring, new furnishings and additional sleeping arrangements - Surf Condos 123 is a great pick for your next family getaway. The unit provides all the basic items you will need to have a great getaway from your busy schedule. Enjoy the private balcony with an oceanfront view as you wake up each morning or as you settle down each evening. You'll certainly appreciate being near one of the complex's beach accesses, located next to the building. If you don't feel like swimming in the ocean for a day (which is highly unlikely!), go for a refreshing swim in the pool. Restaurants and shopping are a very short drive away from the central part of Surf City. Cable TV is provided for your convenience.

The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises.

Bed sizes include a Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa and a bunk bed. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included with all guest reservations!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per person, a bathmat for each full bathroom, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

Easy beach access, good check in/out process. Pool was great. Kitchen was missing oven mitt and there was sand on the living room rug still but the view makes up for it

Location and view are amazing. Coffee pot is in serious need of replacement as it took about 40 minutes to brew. Gate code was incorrect that I was sent so had to find the guard who let me know I was sent the code for the previous month. Other than that it was a great stay and I would go back

Overall the place was great we did find a small roach on the counter one morning the shower dripped alot and also the freezer leaked on and off all week. We left a paper towel on the floor after we left in case it leaked after we were gone

Most relaxing vacation

The condo was very clean and the indoor temp was cooled off in advance of our arrival. This made getting settled in comfortable. Having an ice maker and filtered water from the fridge meant that we didn't have to buy bagged ice or drinking water and lug it up the stairs. We watched pods of dolphins every morning, from the porch, swimming just passed the sand bar. After spending some days on the beach in the heat, it was just as refreshing to swim in the beautiful in ground pool on the premises. There is a plethora of places to go out to eat and go shopping. And grocery stores on the mainland for doing light cooking for breakfast and lunch and get snacks for the beach.

This unit has a beautiful oceanfront view, however, overpriced due to issues we experienced: no hot water, air conditioning stopped working, unit dirty, unmopped floors, dirty bedding & tub, and roaches. All reported property mgmt. Repairs & cleaning done.

Great Topsail experience

We've stayed at Surf Condos many times over several years and love the property. The pool is updated and clean, the property is well-maintained to keep it private. This specific condo was ideal for those who truly LOVE to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and see the beach. The only major complaint was the cleaning crew responsible before we got there. Floors were quite dirty and sandy, and felt it could have been done much better. The garbage disposal didn't work as well, but all other appliances were fine. The overall experience with this condo was exceptional and look forward to staying there again.

Great location!

My family has stayed in this property before and chose it again because of the amazing view and proximity to shops, food and activities. This is the closest to the ocean we have ever found. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We enjoyed our stay!

What we expected. Been at surf several times. Only issue ms we had: one things were not as clean as could be. Looked like dusting had not been done. Not a big deal. Kitchen equipment old (large frying pan not usable because coating was coming off. Internet is a joke.

great stay

The property was very comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The private deck was great for morning coffee and evening glass of wine and relaxing while watching the ocean. We come to the beach to unwind and chill out and were not disappointed. Pool was too cold to use but should be expected at this time of year with no pool heat. No major issues to report. Previous guests had not emptied and cleaned the coffee pot. A little dust under beds when we swept up but really no complaints. Would definitely do again.

Ratliff stay

Property was as described, we have stayed in this unit before. The owners had recently painted and "spruced" up the place. New slider going onto the deck. When we arrived the TV in the den didn't work, needed a new cable box and the water heater and stove were shut off at the breaker box. No real concerns, enjoyed the stay.
