House adjoining another dwelling house (2 accommodations rented for the year), in the heart of the hamlet of Viuz, 1.5 km from the supermarket with service station or small local shops 2.5 km away in Chindrieux. Pleasantly renovated cottage with reversible air conditioning. Private parking for 2 cars. 2 km from the marinas with swimming at Châtillon or Conjux (8 km) on the shores of Lake Bourget! At the gates of the Chautagne wine region and the Bauges Regional Natural Park, 7 km from Chanaz, a medieval village on the banks of the Savières canal or 10 km from the beaches of Aix les Bains, 15 km from the Réserve Naturelle des Lavours Marshes. Water activities on Lake Bourget, cycle paths and routes, climbing and hiking in the surrounding area: another face of Savoie between lake and mountain!
