Wonderful guests and they were extremely neat and tidy. I got to spend a little time with them as the water heater was replaced during their stay and we had such a nice visit. I highly recommend them and gladly welcome back anytime.
This is a very comfortable home and more spacious than we expected. We stayed with our small dog. Parking was easy and it is located in walking distance to Cattle Dog Coffee Cafe (a favorite), parks and Withacoochee trail and other shops and restaurants. Checkin and checkout were easy. My friend was riding in a 100-mile bike race and this was the perfect location. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
Great spot for a family and dogs. The home is very well thought out and accommodating, and the host was very pleasant to communicate with. We would stay again.
Our stay in Inverness was perfect. We are considering moving to Inverness and wanted to experience the area. This home fit the bill!It was cozy comfortable and convenient.Though we didn’t have enough time to try the hot tub it looked very inviting.
Inverness has excellent bike/walking trails and lakes for fishing and swimming. The property we stayed in was very close to all of the great things the city has to offer. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. It was very cozy. We had a great time.
Great location to downtown, we did not spend a lot of time in the house as we were looking at the area to move to. House was comfortable and property owner was great to work with.
Communication with host was s excellent. Lots of space in the rental. Very comfortable and private. The neighborhood was safe and friendly- great place for walking the dogs and extremely convenient to downtown and anything we needed. Definitely recommend.
Very well positioned for walking to town for restaurants and right near the best bicycling path.

So great having you both stay for the month and I’m so glad you chose to come back next year. Really great to host avid bicyclists since the location is just perfect to the trail right downtown.
Owner very helpful and accommodating . We needed an iron and board and it was there quick . Response from owner was also very quick .

Really amazing guests. So glad to accommodate you.
Loved this host and the cute house! It’s actually much more spacious than it appears in the photos. Theres lots of amenities there to make things like morning coffee and showering comfortable and easy. Jennifer was very welcoming and gracious. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than a couple minutes for her to respond. I can’t tell you how much less stressful she made our trip! Would absolutely stay here again.

Was so impressed with this sweet family. Very thoughtful, neat and tidy. Would welcome back anytime. So glad you enjoyed the home and found it clean and comfy. I appreciate my guests and make it a priority to always respond quickly. Thanks again!
Great location and excellent communication from our host Jennifer! This nicely equipped 3BR home was conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown's shops, restaurants, bars and even a local theatre and museum. Plus the hiking/biking trails are just a few minutes away as well. There is plenty to do outdoors in the Inverness area with boating and fishing readily available as well. The house was comfortable with good wifi and 3 smart TVS should you wish to chill at home. A big plus was our host Jennifer. Anytime we had a question she replied in just a few minutes. It's a great value if you're travelling with a family and don't want to spring for a hotel. It's also pet friendly if you're travelling with a furry family member. Overall, I'd recommend this place and would likely stay here again when I come back to Inverness.
Our quick get away to visit my granddaughter and celebrate my husbands birthday was almost ruined by a leaking washer in our home. I reached out to the owner. She allowed us to adjust our stay dates. Her consistent communication with me was helpful as I was already stressed about our situation with our washer. The place is adorable. The house is centrally located to shoppes. The owner is professional and kind. :)

So glad we were able to recover your husband’s bday weekend. Wonderful having you stay.
The entryway into the home was inviting and looked like the online picture. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and set up for easy access to all of the kitchen utensils and storage. The two bedrooms were prepared - one queen (or king) bed and one full bed. We loved the art work that reminded us of the countryside and beauty of this quaint community. A hot tub was available, very clean and hot. Nice for a relaxing afternoon. Jenifer responded to any questions or concerns. The back room was a hair salon that did not intrude on our home. Private entrance for the patrons and salon operator. We met a few neighbors who were friendly and enjoyable. One of the benefits was being able to walk into town (about 4 blocks) for shopping or going to fun restaurants. There were several events, bike paths, and walking paths for being outside on the warm wonderful days. We would definitely return to this home. Thank You.

I enjoyed having your family so much. You were wonderful guests and yes, I wish I could figure out a place to put a washer and dryer in this house… but I did find a coin laundry available within walking distance just the other day. it’s right down by the lake in that little park.
