Preis-Leistung ok!
Das schöne an der Wohnung ist der tolle Blick auf den Hafen.
Wir sind schon zum 8 mal in dieser Wohnung und haben den stetigen Verfall der Einrichtung mit bekommen. z.B. wurde die Tischdecke auf dem Balkon mit braunem Paketklebeband an mehreren Stellen ausgebessert.
Einige Schränke , die vorher benutzt werden konnten sind nun als Privat deklariert und abgeschlossen.
Die Parkplatzsituation hat sich extrem verschlechtert durch private Sperrung einiger Stellplätze (neue Marina) !

Preis-Leistung passt
Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die Abwicklung an sich war auch sehr gut, alles gut organisiert. Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft zum ersten mal betreten haben, haben wir überall auf dem Boden tote Fliegen entdeckt. Auch sonst haben wir zuerst alles selbst gereinigt bevor wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war aber alles bestens und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach furchtbar
Im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Wand. Toilette zu klein. Unkraut auf dem Balkon. Duschhalterung kaputt. Sitzpolster von den Sonnenstühlen mit Kot von Vögel verschmutzt. Alles nur schlimm. Nie wieder

Toller Urlaub
Leider gab es nur ein Schlüssel, obwohl wir mit 2 Erwachsenen die Unterkunft bewohnt haben. Es ist so leider nicht möglich, dass eine Person zum Einkaufen fährt und die andere Person zum Pool geht.

Leuk verblijf, kleine lift en toilet, badkamer is wat verouderd, maar alles werkt perfect, airco is perfect, en het uitzicht op het balkon is mooi, het bed is goed en groot.
