Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise sensors in Family Room and by pool. Ring Camera at front door. If additional guests than per reservation fine of 50 per person per day.
If fines are imposed by City of Henderson for Noise or excess persons at house, Fines are responsibility and paid by guests who made reservation.
Quiet time from 9 pm to 8 am, pool is closed during quiet time You can be removed from property with no Refund if any issues arise and police called

Our stay was perfect. House and neighborhood was very nice 4 guys there for hockey. 4 bedrooms , back yard area with bbq and the pool was great. I would stay there again if I go to Vegas.

I had an amazing stay, :) The house was spacious, spotless, and had absolutely everything I could possibly need. The host was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure my stay was perfect. This is a great house! Spacious bedrooms all upstairs and a nice tv room for watching movies. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool during the day and the outdoor set up is perfect for BBQ - ing and reading. Its in Henderson, so a little far away from the strip, but close to a grocery store and a local pizza place that delivers. Overall a great property with great communication.
