Entire house in Long Branch just a few blocks from the beach.
This 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath with lots of closet space, fully furnished.
Adjacent to living room is a room that can be used as a 4 bedroom with 2 sofa-bed (Queen and twin)
Washer and dryer on 2nd floor.
Plenty of free parking space inside the yard can fit up to 6 car, depending on the car size.
First floor hardwood floors, second floor carpet.
Large yard and deck at the main entrance.
Your perfect summer getaway in a beautiful remodel house near the beach, Pier Village and boardwalks.

We are located on the corner of Liberty Street and Joline Ave.

Lockbox or smartlock entry- your choice!
At the main entrance door, we have 2 locks. For the first one (top), you are going to use the key ( if you choose the key option) located at the main entrance lockbox.
For the second lock, I will give you the smartlock combination to go in, same day at the arrival time.
Once inside the house, turning the buttom knob on the electronic keypad. This will lock the door handle, and you need to use the pin every time you want to go inside.

The air conditioning is automatically set throughout the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
On the first floor, there are 2 Windows A/C units or split A/C.

All towels are in the laundry room in baskets.
We have a closet with fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies next to the kitchen.

By the shed house, we have charcoal BBQ, 1 coolers, 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and 2 beach blankets that you can use during your stay.

Please do not wear shoes on the second floor or on carpet areas.
Windows and door should be closed at all the times to avoid freezing A/C system.

There is sheets, blankets, pillows in each room for beds and sofa-bed.

I have cameras monitoring outdoors.

You will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the property during your stay, whether caused by you or any of your guests.

NO beach pass is included in the reservation.

Please take all your trash and separate recyclables outside.
Trash containers are by the shed.
