Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and appreciated our communication, and we truly value your thoughtful feedback on the areas that could be improved. We’ve updated our listing to more clearly describe the outdoor space. As for the pool, while the heater does work, it can struggle to keep the water as warm as desired during unseasonably cold weather like what occurred during much of your stay. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and thank you again for your input, it helps us grow and make future guests' experiences better.
