Kitchen equipment: cooker, hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, complete set of crockery and various kitchen utensils.



Multimedia equipment: television with USB port (TNT channels and Orange package), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, children's equipment on prior request (travel cot, high chair), ironing table and iron, barbecue.



Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes (capacity of 800 litres)



Swimming pool: yes, small swimming pool of 3m x 4m (maximum depth of 1.3m) surrounded by a deck terrace with sun loungers with safety alarm (installed on request) for the youngest.
