Perfect for families, this house has five bedrooms and all the modern comforts you need for a peaceful stay. You’ll enjoy a prime location right next to cycle paths and the promenade along the sea wall leading to the famous Phare des Baleines. Private parking for one car is available in front of the property to make getting around easier.



The Space:

La Centrale de l’Île de Ré offers this house located 50 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the beach of the Phare de Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.



Easily accessible by car, you can park 1 vehicle in front of the property.



This lovely house is in immediate proximity to the cycle paths and the seawall promenade, which will take you to the Phare des Baleines in just a few minutes on foot, as well as to the beach, approximately 200 metres away.



OUTSIDE:

The house has a large garden and a very quiet and pleasant sunny terrace. You can hear the sea from the garden.



The property is also easily accessible by bicycle, and you can park your bikes on the grounds via an access at the back of the garden that leads directly to the seawall.

Almost everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small 30-kilometre-long island.

Key handover and a presentation of the house directly on site are included (during our opening hours).
