Maison typique de l'ile en plein centre de La Couarde et très bien situé pour aller à divers endroits de l'ile; bien adaptée à un grand groupe; avec tout ce qui est nécessaire à disposition et même le loueur de vélos juste en face et un garage pratique dans la maison pour tous les y déposer. C'est très calme, lits confortables et adaptés aussi pour un groupe d'amis avec de très grands lits ou des lits individuels.
