The patio connected to this studio includes a gas barbecue grill and a dog run area. The studio offers a kitchenette, large bathroom and under bed drawers as well as a closet area. Walk to Flying Star Cafe or watch Balloons in the morning from the skydeck. Old Town is 3 miles South.

My neighbor who also lives to the west is a well known sculpture artist and the home you are looking at is located behind our homes with a private road leading to the house. I'm active, a foodie, love water sports and being in the sun. I look forward to meeting you during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This studio is part of a compound, the 3 bedroom house also listed in my profile is also on this property. The property offers great outdoor living, a full gym, a viewing deck to watch the Hot Air Balloons fly almost daily. From the back of my property you can walk 10 minutes to two different restaurants. On Saturday mornings a farmers market is just a 10 minute drive away.
