We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family! The neighborhood was nice and safe and close to lots of stores and restaurants. The backyard was lovely! With temperatures close to 100 degrees, the house remained nice and cool. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.
We enjoyed this property for our second stay here. It is great for a family. Clean. Has everything you’d need. Cozy. My kids enjoy the yard. Communication with owners is great. Highly recommend.
We had such a lovely time staying here! The house is even better than pictured - very cozy and has everything you need for a larger group. Would highly recommend!
The property was in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities needed for a family weekend. The home was spacious enough for our family, yet not too spaced out where you loose the togetherness.
Great spot in ABQ for our family of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal, laundry room was perfect, and rooms were spacious. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe!
Great home for the family with space, the host was exceptional as I was dealing with a very sick family member and she flexed in multiple directions and immediately responsive. Recommend
This house was a prefect home base for our visit to Albuquerque! Super clean, fresh, and nice. The backyard and upstairs balcony were extra special treats. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed the ease of parking because the house sits in a tiny cul de sac and we had use of the garage. Michelle was wonderful to work with and obviously takes pride in this property.
My son and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was comfortable and everything worked well. Only two things I wished were there (and are easily added, I reckon) are a garage door opener for easy access and a grill for bbq'ing. Anyway, with or without them, I recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.
I literally chose this place because the sofa looked comfy. I wanted a place we could relax and feel at home and be truly comfortable. It was an excellent choice. The sofa really is completely comfy. But in addition, the whole house was comfortable and felt like home. The fireplace is fantastic, turns on with the flip of a switch, and really warms the room. Plus it’s just lovely to have on. The kitchen is great, plenty of whatever you need to cook or serve. The rooms are large and lovely, plenty of space for everyone. TVs in three rooms and all with great streaming options. Great linens, pillows, etc, plenty of extras. We really didn’t need anything we couldn’t find (except scissors, not a big deal). Literally my only somewhat negative response was the beds are pretty hard, which I don’t like but my husband does, so he was happy - everyone has different preferences, I just like to know how the beds are so I’m sharing that here. Michelle is very responsive and kind. I’d absolutely stay there again. 5 stars in every way. .
The location and access to nearby shopping and restaurants was ideal for our visit to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. We did not use the kitchen facilities, which were adequate. Bathrooms were clean and showers were good. The only negative issue we had was that access to the bedrooms is via a very steep and narrow stairway without an adequate handrail. Since we are both in our 80s, carrying our luggage upstairs was difficult. The new washer and dryer were a plus since we needed to do laundry during our week-long stay. Check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward, and we had very good communication with the owner Michelle.
Michelle’s property is terrific! We needed a homebase for our exploration of the ABQ area and it was perfect. We have a lot if dietary restrictions, so having a functional kitchen is very important. The kitchen was great. Anything you could need and all of it was in great condition. The couches were comfy. The patio was a great place to watch the rain. The street is very quiet. Overall it felt very comfortable and made our stay easy. Michelle communicated throughout our stay and took care of everything. We highly recommend!
