The location was perfect, situated close to local restaurants makingnit easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check in and checkout process
We enjoyed this property for our second stay here. It is great for a family. Clean. Has everything you’d need. Cozy. My kids enjoy the yard. Communication with owners is great. Highly recommend.
We visited family back home and this was a great place to stay. I will only note that the outside light stays on and some light comes into the master. If you’re sensitive to light at night this is good to know :)
This cozy house truly feels like home. It is conveniently located in the Northeast Heights neighborhood, within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants. My son and I stayed there for three days while visiting friends and family. We chose this house because of its excellent reviews and overall score. The house looked exactly as described, and we would definitely recommend it. We look forward to staying there again on future trips.
The location was great and the home met our needs. The living room is roomy and very comfortable. The guest room was a little small. The 3rd room has an inflatable pullout couch that took up most of the space.
I literally chose this place because the sofa looked comfy. I wanted a place we could relax and feel at home and be truly comfortable. It was an excellent choice. The sofa really is completely comfy. But in addition, the whole house was comfortable and felt like home. The fireplace is fantastic, turns on with the flip of a switch, and really warms the room. Plus it’s just lovely to have on. The kitchen is great, plenty of whatever you need to cook or serve. The rooms are large and lovely, plenty of space for everyone. TVs in three rooms and all with great streaming options. Great linens, pillows, etc, plenty of extras. We really didn’t need anything we couldn’t find (except scissors, not a big deal). Literally my only somewhat negative response was the beds are pretty hard, which I don’t like but my husband does, so he was happy - everyone has different preferences, I just like to know how the beds are so I’m sharing that here. Michelle is very responsive and kind. I’d absolutely stay there again. 5 stars in every way. .
The property was in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities needed for a family weekend. The home was spacious enough for our family, yet not too spaced out where you loose the togetherness.
Our family felt just like home when we arrived very late to this home. As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed and safe in the neighborhood. We will recommend this to our friends.
Four adults spent the week exploring Albuquerque using this property as our home sweet home. Accommodations were everything we could want and the location was close to stores and attractions. We highly recommend this property.
This house was a prefect home base for our visit to Albuquerque! Super clean, fresh, and nice. The backyard and upstairs balcony were extra special treats. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed the ease of parking because the house sits in a tiny cul de sac and we had use of the garage. Michelle was wonderful to work with and obviously takes pride in this property.
We had such a lovely time staying here! The house is even better than pictured - very cozy and has everything you need for a larger group. Would highly recommend!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house in Albuquerque with the cozy grassy yard and patio with the mountain view. We spotted a coyote in the field behind the house, and several friendly neighborhood cats stopped by the backyard. The house is in a quiet, more upscale neighborhood and just a short drive to the two interstate highways. The house was comfortable and very clean with good towels but could have used more microwavable containers, replacements for scratched pots/pans, and some niceties like napkins/facial tissue, luggage racks, and a laundry basket and more personalized decor. We would have appreciated in-home instructions for equipment and checkout. The showers worked well - we didn't need the a/c, heat, or fireplace during our stay. Smart TV with live options worked great. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. We recommend that the owner ceases use of the plug-in air freshener as the fragrance is overpowering for those who are sensitive to scents. The property was very close to the aerial tram to Sandia Peak and close to the scenic drive/Turquoise Trail to Sandia trails as well as downtown filming locations from Breaking Bad. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend this house in Albuquerque to all.
Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The house met our needs for the sty and the location of the house of great. Quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom floor creeks with every step while walking in the room and the master bath. Didn't affect our stay but was quite noticeable. All in all it is a nice house in a great location.
Great spot in ABQ for our family of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal, laundry room was perfect, and rooms were spacious. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe!
This is a pleasant home in a desirable location! I really appreciated that Michelle was pleasant and accommodating about a last minute schedule change! We would definitely stay here again.
Loved this home! Clean, very safe area and so comfortable! Instructions for check in/out were clear and detailed. View from the upstairs patio was better than pictured!
Close access to Sandia Peak Tram and everywhere else we went was an easy 15-20 min drive.
Would definitely stay here again!
This place was terrific for us to get together with family. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us and our adult children. We have never done a Vrbo before but certainly will again. Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful home and neighborhood near the mountains!
My family and I were in town to celebrate my brother’s graduation and had a wonderful stay at this home! We had an issue with the water on our second day but the owners were very responsive and the issue was dealt with expeditiously. The home is near a beautiful park that my family enjoyed walking at and the couch/living room was great for lounging at the end of our day adventures! Thanks again!
House was close to everything very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out for two couples. Great place to come home to after a full day of exploring.
We stayed at the property in conjunction with a family reunion. It was a great base for visits to surrounding areas and had plenty of room for evening discussions on comfy sofas. Would definitely stay here again.
