The second bedroom: furnished with two single beds and storage space.

A separate shower room, as well as separate toilets, complete the floor plan.

All the windows are double-pane, for maximum comfort and calm.

WHAT'S IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS

Centrally located within 200 meters from the iconic Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette seafront, you will be able to reach other points of interests within a few more steps, such as a choice of top-rated restaurants (the New-York, Zoa Bar, L'Epicurieux, Fervor...), trendy or neighborhood cafes, and shopping opportunities for your daily needs.
The famous Rue d'Antibes, with its upscale boutiques, is only 100 meters away.
The train and bus stations are located 400 meters away, or about five minutes on foot (if you travel light!).

GOOD TO KNOW

There is no dedicated parking on the property. Metered street parking is available around the neighborhood however it may be hard to find a spot. The closest underground public parking is at the Palais des Festivals which offers parking passes. Please let us know in advance if you need more information about booking one of those passes.

The house linen is included (bedding, towels, bath towels and mat, kitchen towels...). A complimentary kit of basic items of daily needs is also included upon arrival (shower gel, coffee, water...)

Check-out is any time before 11 am, check-in any time after 4 pm. We can be flexible for later check out or earlier check in, subject to availability and time constraints. Please contact us with any special requests and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
Late arrivals after 11 pm will be possible only with the key lock box located at our office.
