this beautiful apartment has been modernly yet comfortably furnished: underfloor heating, Solnhofer natural stone flooring, oak parquet flooring, floor-level shower in a daylight bathroom and high-quality furniture. The underground parking space belonging to the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator.
Although the house, which was only completed in 2014, is located on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the spa park and forest, it is only a few minutes' walk to the town center or to the supermarket and shopping center.
It is a non-smoking domicile, dogs are welcome.

Schöne saubere Wohnung am Park

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Hund. Die im Erdgeschoss liegende Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Für uns war die Lage am Ortsrand ideal. Bäckerei ist gut erreichbar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet . Die Lage ist super, da sie direkt am Kurpark in einer ruhigen Straße liegt. Es ist dennoch alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Schöne, ruhige FeWo am Kurpark gelegen und in Zentrumsnähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Unser Check-in, Aufenthalt und Check-out im Januar 2024 war ohne Probleme. Gerne im Frühjahr oder Herbst nochmal zum Wandern in den schönen umliegenden Bergen.

Ein super schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Eine kleine eingezäunte Terrasse und ein kurzer Weg zum Kurpark, wo man schön mit dem Hund laufen kann. Das WLAN hat funktioniert. Der Kontakt bzw. die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin hat super gut geklappt. Immer wieder gerne!

Hervorragend für zwei Personen und braven Hund. Sehr gut ausgestattet und beste Lage im Ort. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider hatten einige Geschäfte und Einrichtungen aufgrund des fehlenden Schnees? und den sommerlichen Temperaturen gar nicht oder nach belieben geöffnet. TIP: vorher alles was man unternehmen möchte überprüfen, obwohl es normalerweise Saison ist....
