"Markermeerlogies am See 'in Bovenkarspel, the Netherlands, was completely renovated in 2015. The house is historical and very exclusive, like the traditional buildings in the Zuiderzeemuseum in Enkhuizen and the Zaanse Schans.
The wooden construction creates a cozy atmosphere in the different rooms. In the whole house, earlier times are noticeable and visible through the old wooden beams that date from the year 1500. Nevertheless, it is a comfortable, modern, luxurious holiday home, with a warm design, for 4 people and enough space for your privacy.
The apartment is very pleasant, spacious and contemporary, with underfloor heating and all the comforts for a wonderful holiday all year round. If desired, a third room can be rented.
You rent the lower floor of the house (130m2). The upper floor (110m2) is not inhabited. If desired, you can rent a third bedroom. You can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.
Internet and Wifi are installed and free.
The private parking lot offers space for 2 cars.
The garden with terrace borders on the ditch where you can go fishing. Here too there is enough space for reading, playing games or sunbathing with a cooling drink. In the garden (200m2) is a historical water cellar, year 1750.

The direct area is ideal for cycling, hiking and water sports.
The Markermeer is just a stone's throw away. There are several smaller beaches nearby. Everywhere the beach only falls gently into the water and is therefore also suitable for smaller children. In a holiday park next door, the little children can have fun in the children's pool and for the larger there is an outdoor pool in the Markermeer and everyone can enjoy the terrace by the lake.
