Built around 1910 by the Director of the Opera of Bordeaux, Villa Musica is one of Lacanaus' historic villas.
It was extensively renovated in 2014, without losing its historical character. From the spacious kitchen and living area leads directly into the 1600 m2 large terraced garden.
Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with access to the garden and a toilet.
Two staircases lead to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
From each of these rooms you can see the sea.
From the small hall you come directly into the annex built in 1914, an apartment for six people, with private entrance, and two terraces. Also a separate living unit is the converted garage, with mezzanine, small kitchen and bathroom with shower and sleeping arrangements for four to six people.
