Great Location

All seriousness, this is an absolute sleeper location. It’s close to the aqueduct, the gardens, and the main downtown district. Building is super quiet, very comfortable, and there’s some great food places right around the corner. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I wish I would have known the property was on the top floor with no lift. Toting luggage up 6 flights was hard. The apartment was clean and as advertised, but I’m tall and being in the kitchen and bathroom and shower was a struggle. The beds had a shallow mattress topping that was not ideal. The immediate neighborhood did not feel safe as a single female traveler, as there were only men at the restaurants and bars, but a short walk get me to a location that felt more inclusive of women.

Le logement est très bien situé et fonctionnel. Les installations sont vétustes par contre, le petit four électrique semble avoir pris feu, un des velux est cassé et ne se ferme pas, il n’y a pas de perche pour régler les stores à velux, les ventilateurs n’ont pas de grille de protection. Ceci dit, la communication avec Ella et l’arrivée étaient très fluides et la location correspondait à nos besoins pour un week-end!

Bonjour madame, il y a une perche pour le velux, pour ouvrir, fermer les stores et les veluxs. Effectivement pour le moment il y en a un qui a un petit souci mais il est possible quand même de l'ouvrir et de le fermer et de le fermer le store. Pour ce qui est du four non il n'a pas subi de départ de feu il fonctionne très bien c'est pour ça que je le garde malgré qu'il paraît vetuste. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové il y a peu de temps. Le ménage est fait entre chaque location avec beaucoup de soin. Des draps propres et des serviettes sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Pour moi c'est important que mes locataires passent d'excellentes vacances. Il fait partie des hébergements les moins chers à Montpellier en ce qui est un appartement autonome en plein centre-ville. J'espère quand même que ça a été votre séjour. N'hésitez pas à revenir.

Parfait pour une semaine à deux, à Montpellier.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Montpellier. Nous avons loué, un studio. Tout était prévu dans ce logement pour y séjourner quelques jours. Linge de lit et de toilette pour deux personnes. Côté cuisine, à l'identique. Le nécessaire y est. L'appartement est très propre. L'immeuble est très silencieux. Encore un grand MERCI à notre hôte.
