This Single-Family home has a heated pool and 35ft dock. Gas & charcoal grill, fish cleaning station, 2 kayaks & life jackets, and pool toys. Walking distance to Publix, Winn-Dixie Supermarket and liquor store and more. 
Our home is 1500 sqft 3/2 single family home for valued privacy. Living room is equipped with huge 75 inch Smart TV with Comcast cable and incredibly comfortable sofa loungers. You'll love the open kitchen/ dining area, as well as patio overlooking the backyard pool and Sombrero beach canal. The canal has amazing marine life and mangrove system, my son loves kayaking through Three Sister Creek pretty much every morning.
Tired of spending money on ice everyday? We provide an extra chest freezer and use a local guide trick by making our own block ice to fill our coolers and add water to make a freezing cold bath for your catch or drinks. We also use this freezer to freeze our fresh catch. Local guide trick, fill your bags with the fillets and salt water then freeze. This stops freezer burn. We've also had the pleasure of returning from the grocery store and realized that there is only enough room in the refrigerator for food and no room for the beer or drinks. I mean it's only 1000 degrees out and you need cold drinks. Problem solved. We added a second refrigerator for just beer and drinks.
We also provide personal elevator for convenient access to the house for handicapped guests. You'll need to request elevator access before check-in.
Each bedroom will have either King or Queen-sized bed, with additional 2 convertible single beds available.
4 parking spaces are provided on the property. Door code will be provided for contactless check-in.
Marathon offers Sombrero Beach, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle hospital, and great snorkeling spots. If you ever want to visit the beach, we also provide 2 adult and 1 kid bicycles for a family bike ride.
Pets are always welcome but you must indicate how many guest and pets when you make the booking. If cleaning crew discover sign of pets, guest will be charge $300/entire stay due to the extra cleaning work from the cleaning crew.

You can park right under the car port. The property can fit 4 cars or 3 cars plus a boat trailer.
City of Marathon requires a signed rental agreement from the guests. Please note that we will send a rental agreement prior to your check-in date. You will need to sign the agreement before we release the door access code.
