Let us know in advance if you plan to leave earlier than 10am on scheduled departure date, so that we can inform our housekeeper to arrive earlier to get a head start
Please return all outside games, kayaks, bicycles and seating to their original locations

We love having a canal in the back yard, and a 5 minute drive (2.3 miles) to white sand Sombrero beach, Proximity to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, attractions.
Short boat ride to some the most amazing crystal clear waters of places like Coffins Patch, Bahia Honda, Sombrero light house. It's location is great and has access to the ocean or gulf for fishing and having fun. The property has beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

Marathon is the best Island in the Keys in our opinion as it is centrally located and you can go North or South to just about ANY point of interest in the entire Florida Keys within a 10-60 min drive and you'll come to find out there is so much to right in Marathon or on the immediate keys surrounding us.
