RELAX in this beautiful two-story, single family home located on the Ocean Front in South Mission Beach; patio gate opens onto the sand. Enjoy sensational views from the custom redwood deck of Surf & Sunsets, Mission Bay Channel, Ocean Beach Pier & Beach Volley Ball Courts without leaving your chair. This two-story home is fully equipped for comfortable living & includes central heating & air conditioning..

The living areas are beautifully furnished. The upper level has a Great Room with 42' flat screen smart TV, a wall of windows opening onto a deck with outdoor eating area; fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining master bath. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and four twin-size (2 bunk) beds and share a full-sized bath.

The ground floor level has a large family room with queen sofa/sleeper, full size pool table and wet bar, opening onto an enclosed, palm tree-shaded brick patio. The patio gate opens directly onto the sand! There is a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer on this level as well. Park 5 cars on site: 2 garage spaces & 3 driveway spaces!

We do not supply condiments or associated food products. Unfortunately we have experienced mischief makers tampering with items causing issues for guests who unknowingly used them. We’ve had to adopt a “ better safe than sorry” policy.

Very well equipped home do a family beach vacation! In the quieter part of south mission beach, perfect distance to all the activities you could want to experience. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, a cooler, beach chairs. We loved the fireplace on the patio - very private and comfortable. Deck off the front was great for suntanning and overlooks the volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a short walk to the ocean.

It was exactly what we needed for our spring break trip! The location was fantastic- the kids could go play on the sand right outside the gate while we watched them comfortably from the patio. The ocean was very accessible and the toys and boogie boards provided made for very fun days. The host was kind and responsive, giving a tour to get us acquainted with the space when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat, including cute kids plates and a wine opener (things that in my experience are often missing at other places). Thank you, Andrea!

What a perfect charming home in a great location! Andrea was great with communication and greeted us when we arrived. She showed us around the property and gave us suggestions on things to do while we stayed. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable for our party of 8. The 4 kids had the best time using the downstairs area as their own space- and the best part was the access right out to the sand with the beach just a short walk away. Plenty of toys, sports equipment, beach chairs and towels. Thank you, Andrea, for treating us to a great little family vacation

Lovely beach house vacation

This a very comfortable home right on the beach. The upstairs porch is perfect for morning coffee and watching the volleyball players. We did a lot of baking and grilling which was nice for family time. The bicycles are handy for grocery runs and cruising the boardwalk. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

Roomy, clean , nice place with excellent parking. Great location for us on the quiet end of the beach. Just some issues with the furnace during a cold snap.

Nice viewing of channel and ocean. Great people watching balcony for 3 year old granddaughter and downstairs patio was great to have, as well as access to sand in front of house for grandchildren. Linens and towels were nice.

2633 Ocean Front Walk

Great family home with tons of toys and games for all, lots of kitchen dishes,cups & utensils. Abundant beach and bath towels. Great views, game room, 2 patios, firepit table and gas grill. We really liked the volleyball courts so close by,the sunsets and the private patio. Close to sea and bay. Less crowded than other parts of the peninsula. Downside: in the flight path of major airport. Some days starting at 6am very loud plane traffic every few minutes. Also floors looked clean but walking barefoot proved otherwise, and one shower was unuseable. Owner was very kind and overall I loved this house. Really wonderful for a large family. Many more supplies than at other homes I've rented here.

The shower noted has been repaired. After discussion with our plumber & the guest we agreed a Saturday fix to be less intrusive, especially since there were 2 working showers & bathtub that were available to continue using! We appreciate our guests giving us an opportunity to correct any concerns.

Graduation Weekend

The house was just like the pictures. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were even extra blankets accessible for anyone who wanted a warmer night sleep, or snuggling on the deck watching the sun set. The location is perfect. We took a long walk down the boardwalk from the house and realized our location was so much quieter and private than the other homes in the same vicinity. The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need to make meals at home. Best of all was our host Andrea. She quickly refunded me our pet deposit when I told her our pet passed way and would not be joining us. I’ve lost deposits on rentals for much more. She also worked with us on getting in the house a little early so we could drop off luggage and freshen up before attending our first graduation event at SDSU. We could not have made a better choice! Having everything work out so smoothly so we could focus on celebrating our daughters graduation from really enhanced our trip! Thank you Andrea, we look forward to another visit in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this Mission Beach home right on the sand! The setup was perfect for our family—our daughters stayed upstairs with us while our adult grandsons had a great time downstairs with a pool table, patio, and direct beach access. It was also super convenient for walking the dogs, with easy access to the grass and path.The home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the upstairs deck for coffee, relaxing, or a cocktail while watching the beach activity. There’s volleyball just outside which is going on from 6am to 10pm daily. It’s a short walk to the water.The garage was the largest we’ve ever had in a rental, and driveway parking was a big plus. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys, and the host was very helpful and gracious.Some things to note: you’ll hear street and plane noise—typical for the area but noticeable if you’re used to quiet. Also, there are stairs to navigate each time you come and go, which we didn’t mind (good exercise!). The home is a bit dated, but overall very comfortable and well maintained. The private patio downstairs has a lovely garden and nice shade during the afternoons and a fire table for evenings. We’d definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a relaxed, beachside getaway!
