Semi-detached house "Juraj", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Krug 1 km from the centre of Jesenice, 9 km from the centre of Omiš, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool house with WC and cooking stove, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 2.5 km. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.
3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 230 cm with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Amazing!

The villa was amazing. The host was incredible. Always checked in on us. Very friendly and had great recommendations for us. The drive up and down to the main road is a little scary as you are in the mountains but well worth it.

In die Jahre gekommende Untetkunft. Der Blick und die Ruhe sind fantastisch. Leider fehlt im Kompletten Haus Mückenschutz an den Fenstern, das macht die Nächte unruhig. Die Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle sollten mal erneuert werden.

Dieser Blick.....

Wir waren mit unserer großen Tochter da. Wie schon in anderen Beschreibungen zu lesen, ist die Anfahrt ziemlich steil, aber doch zu bewältigen. Ich möchte allerdings das erste mal nicht im Dunkeln ankommen, dann wird`s eher abenteuerlich. Der Empfang vom Vermieter war sehr herzlich, es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es sind im Haus 4 Ebenen zu bewältigen (Schlafzimmer unterm Dach, Wohnzimmer/Küche EG, Schlafzimmer 1. UG, Pool mit Terrasse 2. UG) aber dadurch hat das Haus seinen besonderen Reiz

Ruhig und wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Fahrt mit dem Auto bis ganz nach oben auf dem Berg war zwar sehr abenteuerlich bei der ersten Fahrt und dauert zwischen 8-10 Minuten, doch das hat sich gelohnt.(Autobreite berücksichtigen). Traumhafte Aussicht. Zimmer, Küche, Bad - alles war sauber Schöner Pool. Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich. - Wichtig vielleicht noch für Hundebesitzer, das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt und es gibt viele Katzen die mehrmals täglich vorbei schauen. - rundum absolut empfehlenswert!

Stunning views in beautiful traditional home

Gotta commend the high level of hospitality of the host - he was very friendly, always contactable and never intrusive. The place itself is traditionally built with stone and sits at high altitude. Thus prepare for slightly colder temperatures and some dampness during off season. The other semidetached house is separated with visual cover - neighbours are still slightly noticeable. The view is a dream!!! Recommend to make the first ride up the steep road at daytime to get used to it.

A pearl at the top of the hill

The house is located on the top of the hill. The road up is truly challenging, very steep and narrow, but well worth while the effort once you get there. The view is nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is nicely restored and everything works well. The owner takes good care of his guests. Some small updates regarding equipment could be made, but over all a true pearl (for the experienced drivers).

Peace and quiet

Nice, traditional-style villa up on the mountainside. In the mornings and evenings you could hear only birds singing. Wonderful view to the sea. The road up is a typical and very small mountainroad and that can be scary and the villa hard to find. The host was very friendly and helpful. Around the villa goes marked hiking routes. Little minus was the strong basement-smell in the lower bedroom. We were only two persons and did not need the room, but more people sleaping there would have been impossible.

Our main goal is customer satisfaction so we are more than happy that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. We are however sorry for the troubles you faced with the room downstairs. We contacted the local team immediately to solve the problem. It seems that the cause of the problem was that as you were the first guests of the season, the room had unfortunately and mistakingly been closed up all through the winter, causing this musty scent. The room has now been fully aired out and refreshed and the smell is no longer prevalent. We look forward to your return to Interhome.
