About this property

Crystal horizons retreat

Enjoy the fabulous views in this private, century old stone house sitting on a 6ooom2 lot, overlooking the entirety of Kaštela bay. Eco-friendly, sustainable and with a 50m2 pool with electrolysis!
Just 10minues drive from the village center and all the amenities it offers.
The house is situated at the end of a dirt road 250m above sea level and is situated on a 6000m2 plot of land.
It's completely off grid and eco-friendy with it's solar system, water collector, bio septic tanks.
1st floor consists of a open plan kitchen, dining and living, 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom.
Outdoor features couple of patios, huge barbecue space, 50m2 pool with electrolysis (not heated!) fruit, almond & olive trees and a small vineyard in the making.
The house is high up in the hills and part of the road isn't paved. Any type of car can go up, but we really don't advise taking a sports car up there ;)
House is powered by solar panels and well water, so please be mindful!
If you are afraid of bugs, this is not a place for you ;)
We'll be there to welcome you and show you around and will always be available if need be.

Amazing House in beautiful surrounding

great accommodation with a view over the coast. Great for day trips to Split but still in absolute seclusion and peace. The owner is absolutely great and is always available. We recommend!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick

Dank des tollen und unkomplizierten Vermieters konnten wir den Aufenthalt wirklich genießen. Nach der zweiten Zahlungsaufforderung durch FeWo, war eine Zahlung durch meine Kreditkarte nicht möglich. Auch mit einer andere Karte, einem anderen Konto und auch ein anderer Browser halfen hier nicht weiter. Die Hilfe durch FeWo war nur sehr zögerlich. Unser Vermieter bot an, die Summe vor Ort in bar zu zahlen und beruhigte, dass es nicht das erste Mal mit dem Portal sei. Danke an dieser Stelle an Ivan! Die Bilder in der Anzeige, waren nicht gestellt. Der Eindruck vor Ort, übertraf diese bei weitem. Ein alleinstehendes Haus ohne Nachbarn. Ein tolles Haus mit riesigem Pool und immer mit diesem sehr schönen Blick über die Gegend zwischen Split und Trogir. Die 1500m von der Kreuzung bis zum Haus sind steil und eng und bei seltenem Gegenverkehr, schon eine kleine Herausforderung, aber alle wirken hier gelassen. Der Untergrund des Weges, ist nicht der beste, aber wirklich durch jedes Auto befahrbar. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe oberhalb der Stadt mag, ist genau hier richtig. Wir waren es und können dieses Haus samt Vermieter nur sehr weiterempfehlen!!!

Die Lage ist einzigartig…traumhafter Ausblick… alles sehr gepflegt…der charmante Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt…jederzeit wieder👍🤗
