In the hamlet Dubrave 3.3 km from the centre of Vinisce, 6 km from the centre of Marina, 18 km from the centre of Trogir, on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house. In the house: internet access. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Dubrave 1" 800 m, pebble beach 1.5 km.

Ruhiges Haus ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft

Dieses Haus liegt in den Bergen, ohne unmittelbare Nachbarn mit einer wundervollen Aussicht. Das untere Stockwerk ist mit Insektenschutzgitter am Fenster ausgestattet. Ein Geschirrspüler ist hier vorhanden. Im oberen Stockwerken fehlen die Insektenschutzgitter und hier gibt es auch keinen Geschirrspüler. Ein Bäcker fährt jeden Morgen seine Runde, so dass man immer frische Brötchen und frisches Brot vor dem Haus kaufen kann. Um zum Strand zu kommen, benötigt man ein Auto.

Das war ein toller Urlaub

Ein hübsches Haus, mit tollem Pool und sehr schönem Blick. Freistehend ohne direkte Nachbarn! Super nette Besitzer, die uns immer wieder kulinarisch verwöhnt haben. ( Leider sprechen sie nur kroatisch, da mußte der Google-Übersetzer helfen) Die Ausstattung ist schlicht aber absolut ausreichend. Wir können es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

Exceptional Views

This house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and unspoilt location and has stunning views. The nearby coves are lovely and the local village is pleasant with good food. The house is spacious and was clean. However, I found that booking with a third party, Interchalet, was difficult. For a start, I was not able to contact them through the HomeAway site, which was confusing. Only when my travel documents arrived was I told that the dishwasher was not in use and the key holder was not required to come out to the property to let us in after 6pm, and our booked flight arrived at 8pm. I contacted Interchalet and was told to phone the key holder, this I did but they didn't speak any English so I had to go back to Interchalet to ask them to contact the key holder to check this was okay. Then our flight was delayed and I was unable to let the key holder know. Consequently, it was only when we arrived and the key was in the lock, that I knew we could access the property. Stressful. The kitchen was too basic with a very small, slow kettle, crockery, cutlery, pans and not much else. The oven and hob were worn and only semi functioning and the gas ran out but I was unable to telephone the key holder and explain the problem. The downstairs bathroom was clean but smelt terrible and the pool turned green by day three. I feel this property has excellent potential but does not warrant the price in its present state. I would like to add that I do not know the relationship between the key holder and the property, but the key holder generously left some delicious fresh doughnuts and wine for us one day, which we greatly enjoyed.

Nette woning (2 separate appartementen) met airco

Perfecte woning voor verblijf met vrienden. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen. Het huis is opgedeeld in 2 aparte volledige woongedeeltes (eigen ingang, eigen keuken, beide appartementen 2 slaapkampers). Benedenverdieping: groot terras. Bovenverdieping: balkon. Gedeeld zwembad en bbq. Op 10 minuten rijden van haventje in Viniscé (met leuke restaurantjes, kiezelstrand en een trailerhelling) en tevens op 10 minuten rijden van de iets grotere plaats Marina (haven, met hier veel restaurants en een grotere supermarkt). Woning is zeer netjes, degelijk afgewerkt en voorzien van airco. Verder heel rustig gelegen (hoog) en een prachtig uitzicht op zee.

Wir waren für 2 Woche in diese...

Wir waren für 2 Woche in diesem Haus, der Pool und die Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick waren super. Die Haus liegt in Alleinlage am Berg. Zum nächsten Geschäft und Lokal sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus gliedert sich in 2 fast gleich große Wohnungen, wobei die obere neuer und schöner ist. Den Reinigungszustand würde ich als gerade noch OK bezeichnen. Bei der unteren Wohnung ist das Bad schon sehr abgewohnt und würde eine Sanierung bedürfen, sowie auch die Fenstern die sehr schlecht zu öffnen und zu schließen sind. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind leider auch nicht vorhanden. Wer dieses Haus bucht sollte auch wissen, dass durch die Lage in der Natur auch einige tierische Mitbewohner im Haus anzutreffen sind (Spinnen, Wespen, Skorpione, Moskitos, ....). Leider haben die Fenster keine Insektenschutznetze. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter ist leider auch nur sehr schlecht möglich, da dieser nur Koratisch spricht. Trotz einiger Kleinigkeiten haben wir 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Reisetipps: Die Strände in Visnice und Marina sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Vue splendide et calme assuré

2 beaux appartements séparés pour partir a 2 familles. Une terrasse tres agreable du matin jusqu'au soir avec une vue remarquable sur la mer. Un tres beau verger pour deguster les fruit de saison( figues, pêche, amandes, raisins). Plein de criques magnifiques aux alentours. Loin des grands flux touristiques. Bon point de depart pour circuler dans toute la dalmatie.
