Welcome to this cosy little studio in Saint-Gratien!

Charming studio of 15 m² equipped and well located 1 minute from the train station!

This studio, built in April 2023, is waiting for you. It is attached to our main house with total autonomy (individual door with numeric keypad).

Quiet, functional and bright studio with access to the garden!

The outdoor dining area outside is a lovely and friendly space where you can enjoy alfresco dining in a pleasant setting.

Take advantage of the equipment, the comfort of this small studio (15m2) and the services offered to discover Paris and the most beautiful sites of the Ile-de-France. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.

• Kitchen area: all the essential equipment to concoct good dishes. All the appliances are recent and all the kitchen utensils and crockery are provided, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle and a hob.

• Zen corner: double bed with bed linen provided.
• Entertainment: 50" TV + Wifi access + Netflix, Canal+series and prime video
• Shower room: Hairdryer and towels provided
• Entrance closet with hanging bar and hangers
• Security: smoke detector and camera outside the home (garden)

The procedure for entering the premises:

- The day before your arrival: communication of the exact address of the accommodation, the code of the key box of the garden door and the code of the numeric keypad that will open the independent door of the accommodation.

- Arrival: from 4 p.m.
- Departure: no later than 11 a.m.

Entry and departure in total autonomy thanks to the key box and a numeric keypad.
You are independent.

So you can arrive whenever you want as long as you respect 4 p.m. on arrival and 11 a.m. on departure so that the cleaning can be done.
Important notes:
- The outside, the garden area in front of the accommodation as well as the external furniture are at your disposal.
- Non-smoking accommodation located in a residential area where peace and quiet is highly appreciated.
- Free street parking near the studio during the following intervals:
Monday to Saturday from 7pm to 9am and from 12pm to 2pm
Sundays and public holidays.

From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, parking is free for a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes. You can therefore park there for free by using a European parking disc. The disc is used to indicate the time at which the parking began. You have to set the time manually and place the disc prominently under the windscreen of the car. You will find the disc available in the lower drawer of the kitchen if necessary. Please remember to return it before check-out.

If you prefer a secure and paid parking option, the train station car park is just 100 metres from the house. (10€/24hr)

- A welcome booklet listing all the information necessary for your stay will be sent to you.

Finally, the studio must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as the one found when we arrived.

- 20 minutes walk from the city centre of Enghien
- 22 minutes walk from Enghien-les-Bains train station. From this station you can easily reach the Gare du Nord (Centre de Paris) in 15 minutes
