This property was just as the pictures show, but the view was absolutely beautiful. Great location, parking, the elevator, pool, beach access, everything was awesome. The host was very pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, plenty of towels, and again, the view was amazing. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the direct beach access—it was definitely the highlight of the property. The home itself was comfortable and in a good location.Unfortunately, we had a major issue upon arrival. The beds had been made, but it became clear that the sheets had not been washed from the previous guests. This was both unpleasant and unacceptable, especially since the beds were presented as clean and ready for use. We contacted the host - there were out of the country and responded the following day. While they did apologize and offer a very modest refund, it did not feel sufficient given the inconvenience of having to wash, dry, and remake the beds ourselves after a long day of traveling. Not to mention the obvious hygiene concerns. Had it not been for this issue, we would have had a much better experience. The host did mention that they have been unsatisfied with their cleaners and would look for a different company next season so I hope future guests don’t encounter the same problem.

We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bed linens upon your arrival. We understand how upsetting and disappointing that must have been after a long day of travel. Although our property management company had confirmed that the unit had been cleaned and inspected before your arrival, it’s clear that something went wrong, and we take full responsibility for that. Because we were traveling internationally, our response was delayed until the following morning and we regret that we weren’t able to assist you more quickly. We did provide a partial refund as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience and have parted ways with the property management company. They were new to us this season but not up to our standards. We have never encountered such an issue before and will not allow it to happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Guest comfort and cleanliness are our highest priorities, and your feedback has helped us improve. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the experience you expected and deserve.

Easy beach access and nicely updated

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and had a great time. The condo was spacious, updated and well stocked. And the walk out to the beach was much easier than other places we’ve stayed on Emerald Isle. All around great experience!

Beautiful Location!

Our family really enjoyed this location. Close to everything and nice place to stay overall. Elevators make trips to the third floor easy. One of the best vacations that we have enjoyed. No one was ready to go home!

It was always a dream of ours that our children could experience the slow pace and summers that we did as children and for us to have somewhere to come and visit our families who still live in the area.
