Great place with easy access to the beach, awesome view. Not crowded but the trade off is that you are about a 15 minute drive to things like the grocery store, etc. would definitely come again.

The pictures don't do this property justice! The open living room/kitchen area with the vaulted ceilings really make it feel huge! Everyone was smiling ear to ear when we first walked in! The unit is right next to the elevator and the property has luggage carts so it's very convenient to get in and out. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps away. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

We thought this was a nice property for a week beach trip. It was spacious for a family of 4. It was fully stocked with all the kitchen and household essentials and well as beach essentials. There was easy access to the beach. Appreciate the onsite elevator for loading and unloading. There were some concerns about cleanliness especially issues with black mold in the washing machine and all along the shower and tub caulking/grout. We also had a cockroach and sugar ants that we dealt with all week despite keeping a very clean kitchen and living space. The owner offered to send an exterminator; however as we had an infant crawling around we didn’t want any harsh chemicals and opted to purchase a few traps on our own.

This is the second year in a row with my three kids and we love it there. Location, view, steps from the beach and pool, beautiful and well-appointed condo. Can't say enough. Going for 3 in a row next year.

Fantastic property

What a nice unit! Everything was neat and orderly and there was plenty for us to do inside if it rained. We had a red flag warning on the beach a few days but otherwise it was a great stay.

Wow Wow Wow! The photos do not do the condo justice; the family room is much more spacious than it appears. The condo is so comfortable with a spacious kitchen which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The view from the deck is lovely! It's so easy to get to the beach from the condo and the water is gorgeous and if you aren't feeling the beach that day, the pool is a great option! There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything!

Easter Stay

We have rented units around Emerald Isle on several different occasions and this was hands down our favorite. Every area of the unit was extremely spacious and well maintained. The furniture on the balcony was sturdy and comfortable, with an amazing picturesque view of the beach. The mattresses in each bedroom was extremely plush and comfortable. After a long day on the beach, we enjoyed relaxing on the big comfy sectional. We enjoyed having plenty of cabinet space to put away our food and had ample closet/dresser space for our clothes and luggage. It was nice to have basic beach gear in the closet for use (2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.). To be honest we felt right at home staying here. Everywhere you look, you can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride and puts genuine effort in ensuring their unit is well maintained. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

It was always a dream of ours that our children could experience the slow pace and summers that we did as children and for us to have somewhere to come and visit our families who still live in the area.
