1st floor unit in the great Summerwinds complex. Master Bedroom has a king size bed with 32' flat screen TV w/ DVD. Guest room #2 has a Queen sized bed and Guest room #3 has two twin bunk beds, perfect for kids! Living Room has plenty of seating and a 42' flat screen TV w/ Blue-Ray DVD.
Kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops, and SS appliances. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this condo is located at SW complex where you can enjoy three outdoor pools, one heated salt- water indoor pool at the indoor sports complex & two hot tubs. Have fun playing tennis, racquetball, or walking the beach searching for shells or watching the dolphins play out in the waves. Gated community with 24-hour security. Numerous amenities to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in our condo.

Perfect Condo!

Wonderful beach getaway for entire family

carey and Tom have a beautiful beach condo and have made usfeel so very welcome during our stay. Everything was perfect: starting with the great decoration of the condo, to the groundfloor acces to community pool and just steps from the beach. Our kids (7 and 9) loved the ocean, we enjoyed the easy atmosphere, and would love to come back next year.

Workaholic Getaway

The location of the unit was A+! First floor, privacy, close to the beach, pool. The unit had everything you could need for your stay. We went to Beaufort and Emerald Isle to visit with friends.

Great Family Vacation

We went to the Emerald Isle area for our son's first beach trip. The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family. It was beautiful and modern and a clean place to stay. We had such a great time. We could walk out the back door and go straight to the pool or down to the beach. The condo is also located right down the road from The Crab Shack, which we highly recommend. Carey, the owner, was great to work with. Can't wait to go again.

Can't beat it!!!!!

This is a beautiful tastefully decorated new condo with all the ammenities anyone could ask for. A nice place to relax in a wonderful environment for children of all ages. The sports complex has a great hot tub, swimming pool, tennis, racketball, pingpong, excecise room and games's. Something for everyone's entertainment.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would happily rent it again! The 3/2 condo is well updated and tastefully decorated and furnished. The condo property has lots of amenities, namely beach access right outside the condo. I imagine it would be pretty crowded in the summer, but off-season it was quiet and the beautiful beach empty. Perfect for a family getaway and near the aquarium, hiking, shops and shelling. We have some great memories! A huge plus is the helpfulness of the owners and quick response time to any questions that we had.

Wow! Fantastic Condo!

We had the privilege to stay in this gorgeous condo this past summer. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for! The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. My kids loved the selection of board games and puzzles. The pool is just steps from the patio and only a very short walk to the beach access. Carey was so incredibly easy to work with. She leaves a binder full of brochures and suggestions for everything from restaurants and local attractions to fun things to do. We would definitely stay here again should we vacation in North Carolina in the future!

Great value

Our stay in this condo was very relaxing and the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The condo was lovely and just as updated as the photos show. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the actual shower, tub and shower doors in the master bedroom did not look like it had been updated when all the rest was done and was scummy with a bit of mold, probably from the volume of use over the saeson. A thorough scrubbing might have improved it but I was on vacation and would have none of that. The 2nd tub/shower was fine so we used that. In spite of this one small problem the condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we return to that area!

Wonderful Week!

I don't think I can say anything that hasn't already been said about how truly comfortable, tasteful and relaxing the condo itself was. Carey was a pleasure to work with--she answered all questions very quickly. The condo had wonderful views of the ocean and it was truly convenient (especially with our 2 young daughters) to be just steps away from the beach and pool. I was a little worried about a first floor unit (in terms of noise from above) and although there were at least 4 adults above us, we never heard a peep from above. My family goes to the beach all up and down NC/SC coast about twice a year and this is the cleanest, nicest unit I think we've ever stayed (and I do my research-- I really expect a lot from details in decor and location!). I've also never seen ocean water in NC or SC so blue/green outside of the Caribbean. I would definitely go back and refer family or friends to this unit.

We were steps away from the pool, the beach and the indoor pool and game room! I had to contact Nicole for a little problem the first night but she handled it immediately. Great owner! Thanks Nicole!

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle area for more than ten years and we have stayed at many places in that time. We came across Summerwinds several years ago and it was just perfect for our family! They have more of a 'resort' feeling by all the amenities on the property. We just always enjoyed our time here and felt very grateful that we were able to purchase a condo in this community.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has had a complete renovation. We have continued to make improvements each year for our guests enjoyment. Being a 1st floor unit, it is great to pull up, unload your stuff and walk out the back right to the main pool and beach access. Very easy access to everything within the complex.
