In response to Jim's review, we would like to address the issues he had. On all occasions that he or his family reached out to us with questions, they were always answered quickly and professionally. He asked the day before he arrived about beach chairs. We responded right away that we used to offer beach chairs but they were constantly getting broken so we no longer provided them. He was given the name and number of a rental company where he could rent them. We apologized and he responded back that he understood. When his daughter texted us about supplies, I immediately responded and told her that we provide toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for the renters' arrival but unfortunately they would need to purchase additional items if they ran out. This is typical of beach rental properties owned by individuals. Regarding the passes for the gym, we always keep two there. Apparently one must of been lost by a previous renter - we did not know this and apologized for the inconvenience. All responses were given quickly and in a sympathetic and caring manner. We take enormous pride in how we work with our renters diligently through their entire rental process. This is indicative of the enormous amount of repeat renters we have every year.
