About this property

Beach Front Condo With Wonderful Ocean View

Beautiful oceanfront, top floor, 3 bedroom, 1,100 square foot condo at the Ocean Club Resort. Check in and departure is very easy from our keypad entry door - no stopping to pickup or drop off keys. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, along with a master bath that includes a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have a flat screen tv. A queen size sleeper sofa is also located in the living room.

The unit includes a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is fully stocked (including a Keurig coffee maker). You can eat at the dining room table and enjoy the beautiful ocean view, or sip coffee on the balcony early in the morning while watching the gorgeous sunrise. The living room seats 7 people and includes a large TV, a desk with wireless internet and DVD player. The balcony over looks a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and baby pool.

Within a 15 minute drive, there are grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, putt-putt golf, an aquarium and water park. Spend time in Beaufort on the waterfront - watching the beautiful sailboats come in or visiting the shops along the water. You can take a ferry over to Shackleford Island and see the wild horses, or take another ferry to visit the light house. There are gas grills on the grounds and covered parking. Enjoy Sweet Spot for ice cream in Emerald Isle and take a stroll down the pier.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of mixed ages! The view from the balcony is incredible and the condo is convenient to the beach access, pool, and the elevator. The community is quiet, clean, and everyone we met was very friendly. Restaurants are close by and the provided lenins were some of the nicest I've ever had in a rental. Highly recommend!

My sister and I bought this condo together. Our families love spending time here. We enjoy the ocean view, watching the dolphins, and putting our toes in the sand. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Please come and enjoy our home. The Condo is located on the top floor and is oceanfront. In minutes you can be on the beach swimming in the ocean or relaxing in the pool. It is ideally located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. You have all the necessities within 15 minutes each direction, but can also enjoy the nice quiet beach with lots of room to sunbathe.

What makes this property unique

Start your day by watching the sunrise from your balcony and enjoying the dolphins swimming in the surf.

Given the unique facing of the Condo, you can also watch the sunset over the ocean from your beach side balcony.
