VistaPark is a small gated community built in the early 2000's. Even though most of the 50 homes are short term vacation rentals, there are now some homes that have full time residents. Most guests return to VistaPark because it's a quiet community, safe for your families to jog around and VistaPark is located 3 minute to Publix
Supermarket, IHop, AppleBees, and great fish and chips at Sundays Grill and 5 minutes from a Walmart Super Center.

The new Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 7 minute drive, where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, Cinema's and Shops

Pool is heated only if pool heat option is paid for in advance. A minimum of three night pool heat can be purchased by contacting management.
The HOA enforces quite hours after 9pm. Guests are welcome to utilize outdoor areas such as pool area after 9p, as far as noise level are kept low.

Beautiful and perfect location for our group

Six of us stayed at the property, and it worked perfectly for our group. Well-situated for everything we needed, and very comfortable to stay in. The property managers were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Family Weekend

My family and I booked a long weekend at this home. When I say this home is incredible its incredible. We loved how much room there is and the cleanliness. The pool area is immaculate. The homeowners are available 24/7 and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Clean and Spacious

This villa was a wonderful find. The house was spacious and very accommodating. We were 8 adults and 2 more joined us for an overnight stay. The outside patio and pool and patio very enjoyable!! Vista Get Away

We shared this large house with another retired couple for six weeks in January and February. We each had a king bedroom with attached bathrooms on the upper level. The house was as pictured and would work well with two couples with four children. When we were at the house we spent most of the time out by the pool and lovely lanai. Any small problem was taken care of immediately. We would rent again. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We also enjoyed meeting you and your family.

Christmas trip to Disney

Took our children and both sets of parents to Florida for Christmas. The community is very quiet and seems to be pretty safe. The house was a perfect size for all of us (9). The outdoor pool, patio and grill was our favorite spot. Plenty of chairs with lots of space for us all to gather. The grill was great for us to use. Kids enjoyed using the pool and spa/hot tub. Kitchen was large and spacious. We cooked a lot of meals. Living room was nice and with a comfortable sectional. Game room in the garage was fun. Kids definitely enjoyed that space. House could use a bit of fixing up, but overall the stay was great and the owner was great and very responsive. House is close to grocery, convenience stores and gas stations.

The outside of the house is nice. The inside the house needs some TLC. Bedding and towels and dishes dirty. Outdoor kitchen doesn’t work. The fridge didn’t work had to call to let them know they came and replace it with another one. Front and back door need new ones. Overall not worth the money for the house

Issues from the start

It began on the first night. When we arrived the refrigerator and freezer were not working. Went to take a shower and heard the loudest thumping downstairs. We later realized that it was something in the wall. Made contact with the owner in the morning to report the issues. The fridge was replaced late the following day, but the thumping in the wall was never addressed. The pool heat and hot tub only "worked" on day 3 and was cold the rest of the stay. Talk about plans taking a turn.....

We try to take care of our guests in best possible ways. We took care of the refrigerator very next day. However we have not be able to re-create the thumping noise that you mentioned. Our plumber and building inspectors also were not able to duplicate such noise.

We booked this house for the appearance of the home from the VRBO ad; the pool and the outdoor BBQ. We were disappointed. The very large advertised outdoor grill; was not very operative, only one of 4 burners worked, and the igniters were broke, making it difficult to BBQ. The "Spa", had a broken filter on the bottom, with sharp exposed plastic in which my husband and child cut themselves on without knowing something was broken (stayed away from the "spa" after that). The front door needs some attention, a latch above allows the door to not secure 100% and can be pushed inward. We returned one evening to the front door being partially opened. *Owner was communicative in checking the cameras for us. Besides the issues we had with the grill, and the front door, the home is nice, and rooms were comfortable. Disney was a 20-minute drive for us, with moderate traffic.

New Guest please be Cautious on this Rental

We were excited about this rental and overall it was ok. But I must give an accurate review so future guest will be cautious. We started out with having problems getting into the house as the keyless entry was difficult to use. The game room is unusable due to being extremely hot with no AC. The pool table is not level and is unable to be leveled. The fuseball table has several broken handles. The pool sticks need to be replaced. The kitchen sink has no hot water. The Keriug coffee maker was broken, the refrigerator had two broken unusable drawers, the outdoor grill vent system and lights did not work. The outdoor fridge did not work, the pool was asked to be heated and it was never heated. One of the king beds has broken box springs which we had to sleep reversed on it. The lawn was unkept and grass was super tall. I really hope the ownership company takes this review and get these things fixed. House was clean and inviting once we got in. Location was good.

Great Stay!

Our recent stay was amazing! The house was nice and clean, plenty of space for everyone. Close to Disney and while a bit of a drive to Universal the location was still great. Only problem was we couldn’t find any cookie sheets to bake on, but we made it work. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great Family House

Our family had a great time at this house. Our boys and us had a great time relaxing in the pool. The house is close to Disney, but also not bad to go to Universal. This is the second time we have stayed and are very satisfied with the property. Very clean and management staff great.
