"Sea Ya Soon" is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath canal front townhouse in Mexico Beach that is on the beach-side of Hwy 98 and comes with a boat slip.

It features an open floor-plan downstairs with the kitchen, dining, living area and full bath. The kitchen includes stainless steel kitchen appliances and is equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Upstairs hosts the Master bedroom with a queen bed, and private patio facing the canal. Also, upstairs is the second bedroom with two twin beds, and the second full bathroom. You will have use of the large community patio and swimming pool that is outside the back door and right on the canal. Watch all of the boats as they pass by. A short 3-4 minute walk out the front door puts you on the gorgeous, white sandy beach. Very few places are canal front and this close to the beach where you can sunbathe, fish, swim and enjoy the most exquisite sunsets!

This home offers cable TV in the living room and smart TVs in the bedrooms for streaming. Free Wi-Fi.

This is a non-smoking home and does not allow pets.

All rentals are on a first come first served basis when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
