A bit more about Flip Side
FlipSide was finished in September of 2023 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, tub, shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 of the other bedrooms have queen sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed that also has 2 additional twin trundle beds that make the bed a twin over king with an additional twin, bedroom 4 sleeps 4 comfortably!

The kitchen is fully loaded with all the tools you need to make your family favorites. Want to relax even more and have groceries arrive before you do? Let me know and I can help getting the fridge and pantry stocked with essentials and your favorites. I can also help with boat rentals, fishing charters, family photography, etc.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also lots of beach towels for your beach adventures!

• Guests minimum age is 25. For guests 18-25 a
minimum of 3 positive reviews and no negative

• For items accidentally left we are happy to send
them back for $35, plus the cost of shipping.

My husband Eric, myself and our 2 girls love to to travel! Over the last several years we have tended to stay in short term rentals rather than hotels because they offered so much more flexibility and amenities. Since we have been staying so much in short term rentals we decided to buy one!
Some of our favorite things to do in our spare time is hike with our girls and get out and explore. Some of our favorite things to do in Port St. Joe is to walk up and down Downtown Port St. Joe window shopping, stopping in to grab a bite to eat at Bruno's, Krazyfish Grill, The BrickWall, Cat 5 Raw Bar, The View on Old 98 or Quattro Locos and for something sweet getting a Jersey Gelato at Shoobies or one of the daily special shakes at the Sugar Shack. Grabbing a drink and playing some cornhole at The Mill Mercantile and Social is always a good time (on Wednesdays they sometimes have free wine tasting).

Why they chose this property

I love the fact that if you don't want to leave Windmark you don't have to. Everything is within walking distance including restaurants, beach, pool and shops. We LOVE Bruno's pizza. The last time we were staying at Flip Side we ate there 5 times in 10 days.

What makes this property unique

So my mom helped my husband and I design this house. The goal was to make it feel more like a home and less like a cookie cutter rental. We tried to put things that we really like in the house that make it feel unique, but also wanted it to be well stocked and laid out for maximum relaxation and fun.
