I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need! Even some extras! No need to bring anything for the beach because they have it all. The sun shade was a life saver. The 6 seater golf cart was so nice to have! We drive it to the beach and the pool everyday. The beach was so peaceful. We will be back!

Wonderful property well furnished with great amenities. Host did a fantastic job thinking through the needs of their guests. Golf cart was a huge plus for the stay.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for sleeping, congregating, and enjoying time together! The gold cart was AMAZING!

This is a lovely little house in a cute area, well appointed in most ways, and we had excellent communication with the rental reps while we were there. My reasons for 3-stars were pretty specific and may not apply to all travelers. I was traveling with my octogenarian parents and had specifically looked for accessibility. The golf cart was a big plus in planning to get them to and from the beach, but it had a flat tire while we were there, so unfortunately, we couldn't use it.

Stayed here for a family wedding that was at town square. This place was everything we were looking for in a place to stay. Very clean, great communication with owners, easy to find, & a short golf cart (provided) ride to the town square, main pool, & beach. Easy instructions when leaving. Great place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home away from home! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and fit our family’s needs perfectly. We especially enjoyed having the golf cart available to get to and from the beach, which made everything so convenient.One of our favorite parts was how peaceful and uncrowded the beach was during our stay. It was such a relaxing experience!Our host was also very responsive and accommodating when we had an issue with the washer. They immediately offered to cover the cost of taking our laundry to a laundromat while we waited for a new washer to be delivered. We didn’t end up needing to use the laundromat, but we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and willingness to help.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

This property was absolutely amazing. Check-in was delayed and the owner offered to pay for our lunch at Bruno’s. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The golf cart was awesome and it was nice to be able to pack it up and drive to the pool and beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Flip Side! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtful and accommodating the hosts were. The home was spotless, beautifully set up, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was considered to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The golf cart was an incredible added bonus and quickly became a family favorite, the kids especially loved cruising around and exploring with it! This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! :)

We had an absolutely amazing time!! We had 8 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The house was so well equipped with everything! The grill was great! It is not a full size grill but it worked just fine! The Golf cart was a hit. We could only find one pool but it was perfect! It has a splash pad, a covered kiddy pool and then a deeper end. Beaches were secluded and only open to Windmark residents and guest. There were 10 boardwalks to the beach. Golf and walking paths were so well maintained groomed. The town is so sweet with a cool bar, sunset cafe and also a pizza place. We highly recommend booking Flipside for your next beach vacation! Stephanie will take exceptional care of you!

Lovely clean well set up home, great golf cart!

Our stay with 8 people was nice! The home is set up very well. Able to drive and get any food or needs-Grocery and CVS, several local restaurants and golf course nearby. Within the neighborhood-pools and beach a bit further than expected, but easily reached using nice golf cart. The pools do get crowded at optimal times but have many chairs. Neighborhood is friendly, peaceful and set up nicely and also expanding. Daily walks were very enjoyable down near beach with cart areas and walking areas and many nicely set up bridges to walk down to the beach. Were able to take an older person with walker and roll her on these and one pool has very easy entrance for someone who cannot do steps easily. Other pool has a lift but it was not working when we were there-but still very nice pool. Beach is calming, pretty and has a nice shallow area at the start-great for kids or older people to play and stroll in water. Overall this was a good stay, RECOMMEND!
Easy pool to get our 93 y/o mom into! Even has a tent over that part to keep her out of sun. Kids liked it a lot too!!

Lovely comfortable living room area with great furniture and decoration. And behind house is calm and relaxing on covered patio with grill!
A tent was supplied in the garage. A bit different to put up but nice for us to have a place for mom to sit and watch everyone having fun!!

Wonderful place for a family stay (2 teenage boys, mom, dad and grandfather). The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home - they even provided little things like coffee filters! The golf cart made getting around very easy. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, paddle board and towels too. Communication with the host was very quick too.
