Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests. The ground level offers a bedroom with a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds), along with easy access to the pool area. On the mid-level, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, smart TVs, and storage for your stay. A full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor.

Outdoor living
Spend your days just 300 steps from the beach, then return to your private outdoor space. The fenced backyard offers lounge seating, a table and chairs, and a fire pit for relaxed evenings under the stars. Take a refreshing dip in the private outdoor pool, available all year and open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March (for an additional fee). After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind on one of two decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for sunset meals shared with family or friends.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor combines a kitchen, dining, and living area framed by gulf views. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter, creating space for shared meals and easy conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches for both comfort and convenience: free washer and dryer in-unit, towels and bed linens, central air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance leisure and connection. For families, a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby gates, and board games are provided to make travel easier.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced yard offers ample room for pets to relax outdoors by your side.
