Soft ocean breezes drift across the decks as you take in glimpses of the Gulf, the scent of salt in the air, and the quiet rhythm of a coastal morning. After a day near the shoreline, you can settle into the fenced backyard by the fire pit, or watch the sky deepen from one of the gulf-view decks. This beach home offers room to unwind, reconnect, and savor slow moments by the water.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house sleeps up to 8 guests. On the ground level, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds) sits just steps from the outdoor pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, smart TV, and storage, along with a shared full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living
Just 300 steps from the beach, the outdoor spaces invite you to balance sun-filled days with peaceful evenings. The private backyard is fully fenced and includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. A private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower provides a convenient rinse after the beach. Two decks overlook the Gulf of Mexico, with the upper deck offering a gas BBQ grill for easy meals.

Kitchen & dining
The top-floor living area wraps kitchen, dining, and gathering spaces into one open layout framed by gulf views. The kitchen includes cooking basics and essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. A dining table for six and four bar stools create space for shared meals and conversations after days by the shore.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find conveniences that support both short and extended stays: a free washer and dryer in-unit, bed linens and towels, central air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace and smart TVs offer flexibility for work or entertainment. Family-friendly amenities include a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby safety gates, children’s books and toys, and board games. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, exterior security cameras on the property, and a RING doorbell camera on the front entrance.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home allows up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. The fenced in yard gives pets space to relax outdoors.

Set within the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you within easy reach of sandy shores, local eateries, and scenic stretches of the Gulf Coast. Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas are all nearby, offering beach access points, walking paths, and coastal activities.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

*NOTE:
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
