Great home while visiting Saint Joe area. Clean and had everything we needed to rest after a day at the beach, visiting Apalachicola, Cape Sans Blas, or Port Saint Joe. Beds were very good comfortable as was the indoor and outdoor seating area. Would highly recommend for some traveling with a dog.

Victoria is an excellent host. She was always quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The property was great as well; everything was clean and tidy. The location is awesome, too, as it is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute drive to some nice restaurants. Overall, 10/10.

Our stay at the house was amazing. We loved the proximity to the beach, and we used the pool at least once a day. Any problems or questions we had were promptly answered and taken care of. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beach vacation!

The house was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog to run around safely, and the pool was absolutely beautiful.The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed peaceful morning walks on the dog-friendly beach and spent our evenings relaxing on the decks, taking in some truly stunning sunsets.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

Great location and great stay!

This is a great location in Mexico Beach. It is close to restaurants and stores and great if you have a golf cart. So easy to get to the beach, house was wonderful, enjoyed the patio by the pool, as well as the pool itself! Great time!

House was exactly as pictured (actually, it looks even better in person). Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking while still being a part of things. The kids had a great time in the pool and the dog loved getting her zoomies out in the fenced yard. We had great weather for beautiful sunsets and stars. Victoria was super helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely visit again.

Great location!

The house is in a great location. Very close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable! And the view from the balcony was amazing. Victoria is a very attentive and gracious host.

Great place!

As someone who grew up from this area and still has family here this was a beautiful beach house to stay in! The homeowners were very pleasant and responsive. My family and I look forward to staying again. Even hurricane Sally didn’t ruin our experience here!
