The house was clean and convenient within the community. There was everything we needed for our beach days and getting around (golf cart and bicycles!). The host was quick with responses to any questions we had. The pools were great and not crowded. We stayed mid-September so there was a lot of love bugs and the biting flies were annoying... but that is not a downside to the property... the home was nice and we had a very good time despite the annoying bugs.

Great place to stay with large families! The house is open and spacious which our kids loved. We loved having all of the beach gear already there and the golf cart made it really easy to get to and from the beach. The owner was very easy to get in touch with when we had an internet issue and is very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had an AMAZING vacation!! We have gone to the gulf many many times but this was by far the best trip we have ever had! The beach was beautiful and the option to choose from a variety of beaches was awesome. The house was incredible! The beds were clean and comfortable. The local area was super cute and had lots of great food options. The host was excellent!!! They literally thought of everything! There is paper towels and toilet paper and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hand soap and dishwasher pods - beach toys galore I mean I could go on and on they try so hard to be incredible hosts! Just pack your bags and go! Also, extremely responsive and polite I can’t imagine staying anywhere else ever again! I honestly could go on forever about the great time we had. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Lovely beach home in Windmark North with easy access to beach and pool. Kitchen had everything we needed for a one week stay, beach equipment and golf cart were great! Fun taking the golf cart down to Mill for happy hour and mahjong. Hosts were easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.
