This place was amazing in all the ways. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, 2 screened in porches, pools, etc. We loved each having our own room and bathroom with shower. My family had so much fun. We loved this area. If you not sure just book about this property, book it, you will not be disappointed.

We chose this property due to 3 bedrooms with king beds. It is in a gated community with 3 pools. There was some pool issues that were resolved. The property is very nice and I would recommend it for a stay at Port St. Joe not located on the beach.

We had the best time. The house was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. I would absolutely stay here again. We drove to the different beaches each day and it was so easy. There’s so much free parking around the area which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend staying at the Lazy Lou, shopping downtown, and checking out Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. You will not be disappointed. We will absolutely be back!

The accommodations were great! 4 bedrooms with joining bathrooms were perfect for our large family. It was in the quiet part of the cottages, which was perfect for relaxing! Would stay here again! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and on the front porch.

Lovely home and well kept property. Pool was close and just the perfect spot to relax. Host was most helpful. We enjoyed exploring the Port St. Joe area. Lots of great beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Lazy Lou Cottage was awesome!

Family members gathered at this cozy cottage ready for fun. We enjoyed the multiple pools and that our cottage had a bathroom for every bedroom. The location was perfect as we were able to enjoy Port St Joe, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas.

It is a very nice property. It is close to everything. The kitchen is up to date, with everything you need. We have been coming down to Port St Joe for the last 10 years. We really enjoy this property, it is in a great location to the pool, shops, and the beaches. It is a 5 star property in our book.

Family Reunion

Our families booked 8 different cottages in Barefoot Cottages. We had such a good time making new memories here. The space and accommodations were perfect. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and very helpful. We loved staying here!

Overall Great Place to Stay

We had our annual family vacation at Lazy Lou and it was great! The house was very clean and in a great/quiet location. We love the Port St Joe, FL and this house is close enough to the beach that we had no problem loading up and taking the kids every day. It slept all nine of us comfortably. We will definitely be back!
