BEACHFRONT- 3 Bdrm/3.5 bath-townhouse w/ AMAZING views-5 STAR RATING, Our home is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the state park.
We are constantly updating our home to make it the best possible experience for our guests. Our home "Easy Livin on CSB" is more beautiful than ever! Come check us out!

Cape San Blas is the last pet friendly & family oriented area in the Florida panhandle. With easy access to the beach and a GULF FRONT home with fabulous water views.

Purchased in Jan. 2012. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Our home offers tile floors on the main level, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and cotton bedding & linens.

Master suite has a 1 king size bed, a second King size bed in a beachfront bedroom, both with private baths and gulf side balconies. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen is a perfect place to prepare family meals that can be eaten on the large deck while watching amazing sunsets. Laundry closet is located on the 2nd floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Snow Birds! We are on the 'Sunny Side.' Enjoy long days in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the Cape.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community that has a gulf front pool, a second solar heated pool located near the 2 lighted tennis courts. There are also 3 fully stocked man made ponds, a playground located on the property, club house and a wonderful community to walk your dogs. They have pet stations conveniently located throughout the property.

Barrier Dunes is located next to St. Joseph State Park which contains over 2000 acres of pristine beaches, tropical landscapes, nature trails and bike path. Nine miles of award-winning Gulf shoreline featuring turquoise waters, sugary white sand, and awesome dunes that rise more than 20 feet on average. You will also find a nearby golf course and other activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking.

We are a dog friendly unit. 1st dog is $100 with the 2nd dog adding $50. Monthly rates are $25 per week.

Gorgeous!! We can’t wait for our next trip here. The home is perfect— all the kitchen things you could ever need and more, amazingly comfy beds and sheets, everything is so clean, and the views are unbeatable. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect fit. This community is great too. The pool was a hit with the kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, well stocked and a perfect location directly on the beach. We traveled with 4 small kids and the location was so convenient just steps from the beach via short and easy path, nearby pool, and state park where we explored and rented a boat. We easily cooked dinner in the large and stocked kitchen full of supplies, while enjoying dinner on the wide patio facing the ocean. Checking in and out as well as all communication with hosts was excellent. Overall very highly recommend this awesome beach destination and we will be back!!

Excellent property and hosts. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked to cook and dine in. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Great view from the 2nd and 3rd floor. We traveled with our dog, they even have dog bowls for your pet. We had a short 3night stay in January. Would love to return when the weather is warmer.

There's a reason this place gets great reviews. Best condo in Barrier Dunes. Well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Only condo I've ever stayed at on the Cape that didn't have Palmetto bugs. Didn't see a single one! Very clean, comfortable condo, highly recommend and great beachfront location.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful unit! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the view from the top two decks was incredible! While the sargassum on the beach was disappointing, we were so glad we chose this unit so we could see the ocean without having to deal with it too much. The gulf side pool was wonderful as well!

Great Vacation Home

This property is so comfortable and really lovely. The views of the gulf are stunning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I had ever stayed in, and we cooked in most nights. The master bedroom suite has an amazing view from the porch and great bathroom and storage. Other areas of the home were equally lovely and we enjoyed this rental unit! Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed vacationing at CSB for over the last 20 years with our two children, family and friends. We refer to Cape San Blas as our 'Happy Place'. After spending a month at Barrier Dunes for Kelvin's 7 year sabbatical we decided it was time to take the plunge and purchase a gulf front town home. We are very excited to share our love of this beautiful area with you.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing to do at CSB is to swim, play Boccie Ball, cook family meals together and watch the amazing sunsets! I know it may sound a bit sedentary, and it is, but there are also many activities available on the Cape. With the state park just around the corner you will find fabulous fishing, boating and a great place to walk or ride on the bike trails that line the Cape.
