We are the Sanders family. We are Florida residents currently living in Destin, FL. We recently retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service. I am now working as a contractor with the United States Airforce, and my wife does the real work at home. Our family is excited to host you. Your vacation and memories are important to us. We will do every thing we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We are a family renting you our home. We are not a big vacation rental company who treats you, and the people who care for the property like a number. We have a personal relationship with our cleaners and ensure they earn a living wage. We care about your experience and want to make sure you have as stress free a vacation as possible. The house is fully stocked including beach chairs, floats, and toys. We are parents, we understand how much it takes to travel with kids. We put a Pack in Play in the house so you don't have to travel with one. We also put baby gates in the house so that if you have small children you can put up the gates so you don't have to worry about them climbing the stairs.
What makes this property unique
We are on the high desirable north end of the cape very close to the gate of one of the top State parks in all of Florida.
