Bayside Cottage on Cape San Blas with Bay and Gulf Access.
This cozy cottage is located on the beautiful water of St. Joe Bay. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each one and one bath. Fishing pier right in front of the villa. Watch the sunrise over the bay and then set on the gulf. Across from the villa is a dedicated boardwalk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Cape San Blas. Located less than fifty yards from the best bait and tackle shop on the Cape where you can get all of the secrets of what is biting and how to catch it. Adjacent to the tackle shop is the best stocked grocery and gas station on the cape. You will never run out of bait, food, beverage or gas while visiting. The bait and tackle shop also rents kayaks and canoes.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people, this is a strict limitation. Names and ages of all occupants shall be recorded on the rental agreement.
Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. All pets must be declared on the rental agreement.
Rental rates are based on two people. Additional people and stays over a week are $3 per day per person, $75 max.
The cleaning fee is $175 (add $10 for stays over 7 days, $50 for stays over 2 weeks, $100 for stays over 4 weeks)
There is a 12% sales and lodging tax on all rents and fees.
There is a $200 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, or unauthorized people or pets.
We have high-speed (>60Mbpd) internet with WiFi.
The pier is not permitted for mooring. You can anchor just off of it. The water is shallow and protected by Pig Island.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled greater than 30 days from check-in, all payments will be refunded less $150 per booked week plus tax. Reservation payments will NOT be refunded on cancellations made less than forty five (45) days in advance of the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period originally reserved. Even if re-rented, $150.00 plus tax will be retained for a service charge. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorate refund on the base rent will be made to the renter for days not stayed. No other weather related refunds will be made. Trip insurance is strongly advised.
